Guys I've fallen down the parasite pill rabbit hole and I'm terrified. I've read alot of the stuff posted about it on x and pol but I'm getting conflicting info and plus I live in the UK. What resources and routine do I need to do to get a total cleanse. Also feel free to post parasite red pills while you are at it. I want these little fuckers out of me and dead. total cleanse.
May all parasites get categorized as a curse while the flame in your picture burns ever true
>>41746405By the way, the Japanese traditionally eat raw fish, and therefore there are many parasites in the Japanese, but at the same time, according to statistics, the Japanese live longer than all other nations.
>>41746405I cracked the code already. Dont listen these online schizos. Drink lemon cucumber water to kill and flush out parasites. You dont need dumb horse paste but it is more potent for the job perhaps
The trick is to get only the good microbiotics
A 72-hour salt and water fast will probably kill anything inside you.
>>41746430Its healthier to eat raw fish than to not eat raw fish at all, due to the nutrition content.. Shit like salmonella and ecoli are only an issue for fish that are poorly sourced or poorly inspected. And ofc you dont wanna consume too much bottom feeders due to the heavy metal content
>>41746431... We do turp and walnut extract round here. Tf are you on about.
>>41746431What has been your experience with lemon cucumber water? I made fresh squeezed juice this morning with green apples, lemon, ginger, carrot, celery, and cucumber. I have made it a number of times before and always feel good afterward, it sort of clears the cobwebs away but it's power only goes so far if I have been abusing myself for a while.
>>41746430The japanese also have yearly parasite cleanses and freeze their fish in order to kill any parasites.Fuck off wormoid.
>>41746430Pretty sure they flash freeze their fish in a way that kills them. I doubt they do that when you're buying random sushi in the West though, especially when there's been so many videos of people filming worms and stuff in their fish
>>41746436I wish this was true but a 72 hour fast is effective. Candida can survive on ketones
Oak gall nutsExtremely effective in small doses. Taking too much(more than half a teaspoon) can give you an upset stomach or vomit. That powder is very astringent and great for fungus, viruses, etc
>>41746430Not all parasites are the same but there’s antiparasitic plants used in Japanese cuisine.
>>41746405Ultradose iodine therapy
>>41746405>Gut microbiome composition linked to autism and schizophrenia>Basically they eat fiber and depending on the strain, produce a chemical. >They can produce a shit ton of drugs, including brain chemicals, and essentially overload your brain 24/7https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9227193/https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9355470/>Parasites can interact with the brain toohttps://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39779386/https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4658430/
Two easy fixes. The first one is a more tricky than the second, and I was gonna do the first until I found the second.Turpentine and sugar cubes. There is a doctor named Jennifer Daniels, Harvard and Penn trained. Went into typical medicine. Left cuz she realized it was bullshit (I think). Found an old remedy and protocol where you basically put a teaspoon or less of gum spirits turpentine. The sugar brings out the parasites and the turpentine kills them. She had to flee to Panama, cuz the govt views here as a terrorist now I think? I forgot. Something like that. If you search gum spirits turpentine on Amazon you’ll see thousands of reviews. Not for removing paint but many who did her protocol and it’s almost all 5 stars. The only 1 stars are idiots who didn’t follow the protocol correctly. And the 2nd thing that I did which worked great was urine therapy. Lot easier.
>>41748970https://www.amazon.com/TURPENTINE-GUM-SPIRITS-Marble-Medical/dp/B004LU0AUAThis isn’t the OG Amazon reviews from when I found this years ago. But there are still some in this new one.
How about taking albendazole? If the dogtors don't want to give you any, then you can synthesize it yourself. How to is in the "Synthesis of Essential Drugs" book. It also has other goodies.
>>41749638Its an amazing movie. One of the greatest horror movies ever made. Practical effects of the creature still hold up to this day and the entire movie is dripping with tension and atmosphere. Characters are smart too and behave like real people instead of retards. Also strangely on topic its about an ancient alien parasite that crash landed on earth 100,000 years ago and became frozen in ice. Explorers found it, thawed it out and now its started assimilating people.
Parasite cleanse, heavy metal/microplastics detox and restoring your hormone levelsAll of these metals and parasites and plastics turn the frogs gay for a reason Take methylene blue and psilocybin for healing your brainActivated charcoal and diatomaceous earth to cleanse your gutNeem and sage to clean your blood Then get yourself on a SARM (safer mild version of steroids sold legally as research chems) protocol. RAD140 lgd-4033 and mk2866 are the ones I’ve tried with success Then make sure to get exercise 5 days a week.I love all the herbs and turpentine posted in these threads but the hormonal levels
>>41749166Albendazole, flucanole, fenbendazole, etcAre effective at targeting a specific group of fungus but also destroy beneficial fungus like sachromyces boulardii Everyone is better off using a gut healing broad spectrum microbial killing herb like Comfrey, Mint, Sage, Neem, add a binder like food grade DE, combine with an oil like EV-Coconut oil(gentle) or castor oil (gentle at very small doses and cleansing at high doses)Also fast as much as possible during the cleanse and keep a strict keto diet for as long as possible (literally part of every major and mystery religion)No alcohol, no orgasm, fast during the full moon (tonight), no anger/jealousy/resentment(our emotions feed these parasites through our hormones)This battle goes deep homeboy
If you can do a fast stick to only raw fruit and veggies, if you can’t do that stick to only fruit meat and veggies. Clean protein is better than cheaply sourced products like Walmart ground beef
>>41750778Fasting is incredibly important now because we have a full moonThe parasites are rising to breed and feast and we kill them through fasting. Everyone’s ancestors knew this. Don’t let the knowledge be forgotten, humanity must overcome these demonic forces

Parasites can't survive in a healthy system, or at least can't thrive.Eat 3 eggs a day, sardines every day, this gives you the healthy fats and vitamins you need to boost your system and start making you healthy again.Look up the holy grail of semen while you're at it, fertility is DIRECTLY tied to health and doing this increases the health of your system. Males are infertile because they're sick, this basically reverses sickness and infertility. Ask any animal breeder and they'll say the same, if one of their males is infertile it's because said male is sick and has a poor diet - all of this is directly tied to the health of you and your immune system.

>>41746405The parasites themselves are not difficult to remove once they are exposed. The problem is they hide inside layers of plaque and waste material that lines the digestive system. If you've eaten poorly over the years this can be quite dense material.I got the best success when I focused on biofilm disruption. This helps dissolve the waste and plaque. And it also dissolves parasites once their "shields" are gone. You can disrupt and dissolve these biofilms using protease enzyme supplements, or by eating certain foods that are high in these enzymes.Foods high in protease: Pineapple Papaya Kiwi FruitFoods with decent protease:FigsMangosGinger AvocadoSauerkraut KimchiYou can also get generic "digestive enzyme" tablets from any pharmacy. Look for supplements that contain bromelain and papain (most of them do.)Combination of regular protease intake with any anti-parasitic herbs or remedies will increase their overall effectiveness.Another biofilm disruptor is NAC which you will see mentioned in the protocols and archives here. NAC is a mucolytic which thins the mucus in the gut, and helps to dislodge biofilms that way. I get mixed results from NAC, and it's unpleasant, so I prefer the enzyme route. Eating a whole pineapple and then seeing dead parasites in the toilet a few hours later is strangely satisfying.

>>41752591Yeah I've read it. Its one of the things that filled me with so much dread at how deep the rabbit hole goes and helped win me over to the idea that there is merit to the parasite pill. But my issue was even though it gives advice on what to do to cleanse, I thought back to all the parasite threads I've been in and no one could seem to agree on what methods to use.
>>41753441
>>41753441There's no one-size-fits-all unfortunately. It's a long battle against the Great Adversary and his minions.Extended dry fasting is the only documented solution and that is extremely risky and dangerous, and most people cannot do this. The ones that have succeeded in this practice, such as Jesus, Buddha and Mohammed, founded major religions.
>>41753650It’s not just fasting. Medicinal herbs are mentioned hundreds of times in the Bible alone. Scientific studies have proven these are broad spectrum anti microbials
>>41746405Welcome to the rabbit hole brother, you will never leave.

>>41746405Whatever cleanse you do, drink some bone broth with a couple raw eggs mixed in at the end of the day
>>41746405Does eating lots of fish put me at risk of parasites?
>>41754052mindblowng. Thank you. What can I use to cleanse that doesn't involve Ivermectin? Or is it really the best? I'm just worried about the dosage
>>41754197Eating everything puts you at risk of parasites. Freezing fish kills the parasites that they get like fungus and worms though
>>41750142why the hell would you take a like those for a clense? they are terrible for your liver..
>>41755046Second. Ivermectin is heavily restricted/illegal in some countries like the UK. Either alternatives or knowladge of how to get ahold of them anyway would be appriciated.
>>41755441You can order it online from Indian pharmacy stores like AllDayChemist. In the UK mebendazole is available without a prescription. That's a decent option. It says single dose but that's bullshit, you will probably need multiple doses.Plus it doesn't reliably kill cestodes or trematodes. But it's a good start
>>41754022That table is missing the most potent deworming herb: Wormwood.Which is mentioned in the book of Revelations. All these herbs mentioned in the Bible somehow all also being anti-parasitic is not a coincidence
>>41755683>>41755441https://www.premiumrxdrugs.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=Ivermectin
>>41755301Learn to speak English mother fucker. I’m tired of you soiboys acting like everything is terrible for your liver but you’re full of estrogen, microplastics and fast food
I'm confused, are you guys just talking about normal, well-known parasites like tape worms? Or other ones that most people don't know about?
>>41756367Lurk more retard
>>41746694freezing doesnt kill parasites you mongoloid
>>41756407> Yes, freezing fish can kill parasites, but only under specific temperature and time conditions. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommends freezing fish to an internal temperature of -4°F (-20°C) or below for at least 7 days (168 hours) to effectively kill parasites such as nematodes (roundworms), tapeworms (cestodes), and flukes (trematodes). Alternatively, freezing fish at -31°F (-35°C) or below until solid and then storing it at the same temperature for at least 15 hours is also sufficient. Another method involves freezing at -31°F (-35°C) until solid and then storing at -4°F (-20°C) or below for at least 24 hours.Do you even search before you say wrong things?
>>41756367Worms, nematodes, viruses, fungus, bacteria… There’s many different types of internal parasites that act as proxies for the spiritual parasites
>>41757273I definitely been noticing this after being on/off antibiotics and SSRIs most of my life, up until the last few years. I’ve gotten some air purifiers and multi-strain probiotics, which is helping a lot with retaining fats and my vitamins/supplements again, also stopped drinking tap water. I had a relapse recently, where I was feeling the irritability, loss of smell, and that sense of mental tiredness that you can’t sleep off. I narrowed it down to some mold in my washer, really makes a difference once you notice shit like that. The worst part is the restlessness and inability to sleep off stressors between your days, it compiles until you either get really sick or have a crashout.
>>41752714I second this, sometimes I can't tell where the biofilm ends and the parasite begins. Also highly recommend Nattokinase *in enteric coated capsules* to help dissolve it
>>41752714does canned work? I guessing not. How often do I have to eat these? Also, holy fuck. Toxoplasmosis is the source of everything right? I reading the parasitepill 2.0, and it keeps showing up. No wonder all regular information sources claim its neutral and not a problem for humans. How do I know if Im infected? How do I get rid of it?
Great. I can't wait for you parasites to die.
>>41757918I had COVID a few years ago, with no real symptomps/health issues. How do I remove the covid vorms if they are still inside me? I need answers
>>41757918>how do I knowIf you ever been around cats you caught it but I’m not sure it’s life cycle in humans since it needs to breed in a feline stomach but chronic infections go dormant and survive in cysts iircToxoplasmosis is one of the more common and studied in terms of it’s effects on human thoughts and behaviors so it’s cited often>Sulforaphane (from broccoli sprouts) has shown direct antiparasitic activity against T. gondii in vitro by inducing apoptosis in infected cells and modulating immunity.Wormwood, Chinese coptis or Oregon grape root(both have berberine), and allicin from garlic have shown in studies to kill toxoplasma gondii too
>>41757918>not a problem for humansUnless you’re pregnant or already immunocompromised. I think it even turns fetuses retarded
>>41758010>>41758021thank you. So, fasting for 72h, I can get rid of parasites? So I cant eat anything at all during that time? how do I prepare for it? And how often should I do the 3 day fast.
>>41746986>can survive on ketonesBut does it in this particular instance? I get that we don’t get real studies or stats on parasites so that question is rendered rhetorical butA lot of the time “able to do xyz in lab simulation conditions” doesn’t necessarily equal “actually does do xyz in the practical scenario”
>>41758145My personal experience with candida confirms this. I’m really good at fasting and find it beneficial but it’s not a cure all. I would suggest diet(fasting or strict keto), herbals, and antiparasitic supplements for beating parasites especially since most if not all of us have many simultaneous infections
>>41758010So I just eat broccoli sprouts? How often? In what form? Also, is there a document purely about anti parasite diets?
>>41758332Watercress is also a great source. But so are papaya seeds If you goto a non-mainstream video platform and search for parasites you will find dozens of documentaries and quality schizo content on this subject!Eg. https://odysee.com/$/search?q=Parasites
>>41758332>Is there a document purely about anti parasite dietsYes, in Ayurvedic medicine there is an entire category devoted to Krimighna ("worm destroying") herbs and foods.https://www.joyfulbelly.com/Ayurveda/herbal-action/anthelminthic
>>41746405The first thing you gotta do is stop coming here. Do things that raise your vibration and remove toxic things/people. That means doing things that make you happy, feel good, things you're passionate about. That along with time, discipline and commitment will get you to a better place. Gotta be strong.
>>41758341>>41758353thank you. Is there a website/forms for specifically parasites ?
After watching this doc https://odysee.com/@Qwinten:b/Parasite-Movie---Parasites---The-Cancer-Within:eI cant help but wonder. Are mental conditions like ADHD, Autism and BPD caused by parasites? can they be cured the same way?
>>41759749For over 2000 years, before Freud and Psychiatry came along, all diseases were thought to start in the gut and imbalances in bodily fluids.Even depression or "melancholy" (greek: Black Bile) was said to be caused by a buildup of waste in the colon.Any kid with autism, ADHD, depression, mania or anything called "mental illness" today would be be treated for parasites and gut detox, as this usually resolved their symptoms.Dr Kellogg famously wrote dozens of books on this subject. Now they ignore everything he wrote and use his name to sell sugary cereals - the exact opposite of what he taught and practiced. It's sinister
>>41761743Agreed. This example sucks because it shows I’m a degenerate but I guess it’s worth posting in case it helps anybody else just take the leap and do it for their mental health>last year, struggling with some serious issues. Manic episode plus “ADD” such that I was all fucked up and couldn’t get anything done>get prescribed vyvanse despite the mania>wowthisfeelsREALLYgood.jpg>take shitloads of it, more than my daily dose frequently. Get prescribed Dexedrine as a booster>been fucked up for a few weeks now>pretty fucking spun out and delirious>had been on essentially a water and bone broth fast for 2 weeks straight at this point>(I had been pretty fat so also important to note here that very extended fast length was likely made possible by the extra weight)>decided to really fix my life, the amphetamine shit is now an issue>”welp, been on a fast for a while now. Might as well fix gut flora on way back in”>start eating only fresh meats, veggies, dairy, eggs, sometimes fruit>never really desire any other foods anymore>mental health has never been betterI absolutely would not call myself “cured”. I still struggle with some shit most people don’t. That said, the gut flora/diet thing is the only non-medication solution which has ever made a marked and lasting difference for me. I definitely don’t take amphetamines anymore
I have a fungal nail and I think I patch of fungus on my cock from using an old razor that had been in my shower forever. Going to a doctor today to get fluconazole and a referral for permanent nail removal. Is that retarded, or will it aid in my attempts to fix my shit Also, twc.health has American made ivermectin and other things mentioned in this thread but it’s really expensive
So would this be the correct order of operations?>72 hour fast timed to end during full moon>eat a pineapple with lemongrass tea and 1/4tsp of baking soda to draw them out and then hit them with turpentine? I’ll read up on that lady doctors protocol>do the ivermectin, wormwood, black walnut, cloves while eating a carnivore/keto diet for refeeding (after the pineapple and sugar to draw them out)>and then do intermittent fasting with an occasional 72 until the next genocide>and do the semen holy grail, avoid negative beings and thoughts, and other shit like that to boost overall health
>>41758150Different anon. I'm unsure myself I remember fasting 7 days once years ago and i shit out candida I didn't know at the time. I felt reborn. My last cleanse I had a super strict keto diet and took baking soda and diatomaceous earth and I ended up fasting 5 days and it left. I never felt so good in my life. Old habits kicked in and i feel miserable again struggling to eat clean. I'm going to try the pineapple I remember it was actually pretty beneficial when I was cleansing.I ended up dropping pineapple because candida doesn't discriminate against natural or artifical sugar. That fucker can survive on anything, ketones too. I think for me the baking soda, DE and a super clean zero sugar keto diet did the trick. I'm going to get back into it and eat some pineapple, pumpkin seeds and other anti parasitic foods. My biggest enemy is my willpower
>>41762440Does the pinaple have to be fresh? Does canned work?
>>41762515They put the worms in the can
>>41762515I got frozen pineapple
>>41762515It does have to be fresh unfortunately, because heat from the canning process degrades the enzymes. The enzymes are most concentrated in the core which most people don't eat/throw away. Also very high in the skin and leaves. You can also make a tea from pineapple leaves and skins
>>41762834So, I have to rawdog the entire thing like n animal? Isn't the outside skin/leaves/other stuff filthy, and filled with parasites too?
>>41763082That guy is right that it has to be fresh for the proper enzymes but after that it’s just an issue of concentration.>If you need x amount of an enzyme>and an entire coreless pineapple gets you 0.5x>but the core gives you 1.25x>you could eat that core (or even just 4/5 of it)>OR you could just eat the good flesh of two pineapplesUnless the enzymes actually differ significantly, you can just get more by eating more
>>41763157Does pinaple help get them out of the body, or does it have a preventive effect?
>>41763170I personally have no opinion on the pineapple this way because I’ve not looked into it enough.I just kekked at >rawdog the entire thing like an animaland explained since I’m pretty sure I got the correct interpretation about concentration
>>41755301What’s terrible for your liver? Sarms? Everyone’s liver isn’t the same and you don’t need to do it during a cleanse but you guys need to work out more and address your hormonal imbalances too. I know many here are lazy and addicted to screens, we all can be sometimes. You still need to fix issues besides just taking a pill, herbal or pharmaceutical. Pine pollen raises T levels naturally if other options aren’t natural enough for you
>>41763082> Isn't the outside skin/leaves/other stuff filthy, and filled with parasites too?The state of modern society when think like this. You can have parasites on the outside of plants but you wash them clean. I love using hydrogen peroxide water for that. Cheap, healthy and effective
Albendazole is good enough.
>>41746405albendazole, ivermectin and praziquantel combination therapyget your doc to do it without testing - they do pcrs nowadays and those don't detect parasites reliably enoughhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KRG58L36mVI
>>41763521I’ve taken all of theseThese just weren’t as effective as herbs and dietary change for me. I wish the pharmaceuticals worked for me like they worked for you.
>>41753650Fun fact:Even atheists talk about "spiritual benefits" on long extended dry fasts. It isn't risky for most people, just challenging. Probably not a coincidence that most religions supports it.
>>41763560You need to take them all at the same time and properly dosed.Talk to your doctor.Say you keep having diarrhea and that you think you saw specks and filaments. If he wants to test you, you agree. If he doesn't find anything, or finds an indicator for only one drug, tell him you want to try this.Tell him that we interact with animals all the time and that they are dewormed yearly without testing, that you are very icky about potentially being infected and that you insist on co-administration, as a way to ensure your health. If he doesn't want to give you prescriptions, find a different doc.If antiparasitics have less of an effect on you than a keto diet, then your problem likely does not stem from parasites.
>>41763583You’re fucking retarded I have confirmed parasite by doctors tests and talked to many doctors about treatment. Your medications aren’t effective for me but herbals are. Many others hear have said the same. I spent 100’s of dollars on the meds you described, took them at the same time and they didn’t work. I’m not saying everyone experiences that and you should realize you can’t diagnose and treat everyone parasite with 3 medication Ivermectin was especially not effective for me and many others on here. I wish it was because it cost me so much moneyYour advice is horrible for me, maybe your pro pharma protocol works for others but not for my medically diagnosed condition Also flucanzole was much more effective than albendazole or fenbendazole for me. I’m just more of an expert on these medications and herbs than you
>>41755046Best way is fasting, but I've also used the wormwood, clove, black walnut mix. I do this fasted starting 2 days before through 2 days after the full moon. Because weirdly enough parasites get really active and breed during the full moon.
>>41763596Are you the candidiasis guy?Candida is normal, but it should be limited by the immune system. So I suggest you get tested for AIDS as quickly as possible, since, as a faggot, you are at very high risk.Seriously though, you probably have a disturbed microbiome and possible nutrient deficiency. Go fix it. And get your hands on some milk kefir grains.
>>41761743him and his brother both died at age 91 that’s kinda weird
>>41746405Im in a similar position. Known about the worm pill for a few years, but never totally dove in 100% but i was still pretty informed on the topic. This week I started digging back into the topic. The worm pill is fucking insane. Its tied into so many different /x/ and /pol/ topics, it could definitely be the lynchpin of so many global conspiracies. Best resource I came across so far:Worm pill: https://files.catbox.moe/q4agf7.pdfNothing makes sense why western medicine avoids this topic, other than it really is a conspiracy. At the very least its a conspiracy in th medical industry to prevent people from truly healing so they can continue to treat symptoms with expensive medicines. They have a financial incentive not to heal people. In the worst case, Parasites/Worms could tie into ancient demons, collapse of societies, NWO elite control of the world, social issues that effect policy and governments, aliens and much more.
>>41763668It's really weird. A person's normal life span is 99-102 years, unless of course he or she is an Elven changeling.
>>41763713I have been doing my own cleanse this week. I had some 12mg ivermectin tablets that I bought back during covid and never used. -I started taking one tablet at night and one in the morning. -Mega Dosing Vitamin C and NAC each night before bed -One full dose of Pyrantel Pamoate and will take one more full dose The 2nd and 3rd day I definitely had a headache which everyone says is caused by the parasite die off. Im now on the 5th day and didnt have a headache at all yesterday or today. Also the morning after I took Pyrantel Pamoate on the 2nd night into the cleans, I woke up and had a patch on my belly on the left side that felt a little sensitive, it didnt quite hurt per say but it fell like a light tingle like when you get a minor scrape or something, just an increased sensitivity. I read that this is also a symptom of parasite die off. I have IBS and have been experiencing a flare up with diarrhea since before I started the cleanse so it made it harder to see if there was any worms the toilette after I would shit the first couple days. I had a solid poops after day 3 and there was a few squiggly looking features but its tough to say what it was. I know ((("Experts"))) say you dont get parasites visible in your stools and its damaged intestinal wall lining from abusing ivermectin but that seems like major cope to be honest. But overall I have not had any moment where the toilet bowl was filled with worms or anything like that like what some people have reported in their own experiences. Next time I do it, i will try and diet a little better maybe even fasting which I didnt do this time. I will also try and get Fenbendozal to add to the protocol. I didnt want to take dog version and didnt have time to source a human grade version from india or wherever online.
>>41763771> I have IBS and have been experiencing a flare up with diarrhea Definitely stop ingesting iron fortified processed foods and seed oils. That form of iron is dirt-iron (not purified, either — basically mining waste). You want food-iron. The seed oils promote lipid peroxidation chain reactions… just think throwing bio-gasoline on a bio-fire.PS — almost all parasites live on an iron buffet.
>>41746420420 confirms it, legalize marijuana. G*#*cide all evil people on Earth.
>>41763791Oh yeah, in America, reading any loaf of bread's ingredients, you will notice that all have the ingredient "enriched bleached flour". How do they "enrich" our bread? With Iron niacin/ thiamine! A quick google search into this stuff, and you will find it's made from 'coal tar.' Many pharmacies even sell coal tar soap, crazy.Coal tar is just waste from mining, as you said. To get rid of all this waste, they use it in food and hygiene products. The scary thing is that the wikipedia article for coal tar says it is a mix of about 10,000 chemicals, of which only 50% have been identified. Many people who believe themselves to be allergic to gluten (it's a trend at this point) find that they can eat bread in Europe no problem!I just wanted to contribute to the discussion a bit!
>>41763791Thanks for the tip. Yea I was reading a bit about how they eat metal, I couldnt afford to get zeolite this time but supposedly that helps as well because it tricks the parasties into thinking its iron or something like that. I dont know but about dietary iron, or what foods even have that, but I already try and avoid seed oils when ever possible but need to start taking it more seriously and I take daily Vitamin E which is supposed to help detox from seed oil PUFAs
>>41763855very interesting thanks anon. I need to dig into this topic a bit, I have heard about how Americans with gluten intolerance often can eat the bread in europe just fine, i always assumed it was from glyphosphate or other chemicals we sprayed wheat with for pesticides or something but this is the first ive ever heard about Coal Tar
>>41763952Yeah, of course! And you're right about pesticides, the seed oils, etc., all this unnecessary junk in bread, as you can see from the ingredient list in picrel. Coal tar is just a part of it. American bread also shares an ingredient with yoga mats and flip flops but is banned in Europe. Scary stuff! In the bible, sourdough bread is mentioned many times. All it takes to make your own bread is water, flour, yeast, very simple ingredients, and patience to grow and knead the dough.Hope you have an amazing day.

>>41763170>Does pinaple help get them out of the body, or does it have a preventive effect? It helps on many levels.First it helps break down excess "soil" in the gut which is where worms live. It helps clean out the colon and intestines. It helps break down bacterial biofilms which protect parasites from the digestive system. And without biofilms to hide behind, it attacks the tegumental layers of the parasites themselves, degrading their outer layers which can cause paralysis or death. And if eaten regularly it creates unfavourable conditions for parasites to re-establish an infection. One theory I have is that some schizos going through this process might notice they get the best results from fasting and fruit, so they become obsessive and adopt a "fruitarian" diet.I'm not that schizo but I do eat more fruit now

>>41764417That's why the original /x/ worm pill or CDF protocol is so brilliant.Eugenol (Oil of Oregano) is broadly anti-parasitic.Thymoquinone (Black Seed Oil) is broadly antifungal and anti-microbial.NAC is a mucolytic which dislodges biofilms in the gut, which causes parasites to detach and become susceptible to the anti-parasitics.It's a very well thought out and intentionally designed protocol.Pretty good for a bunch of /x/ schizos with no formal education in this topic. To be fair, Dr Hulda Clarke had a similar protocol decades ago, but everybody laughed at her back then. Now we have the studies to back up the effectiveness of these compounds. This is her main book on parasites:>https://www.scribd.com/document/962052978/Hulda-Clark-The-Cure-for-All-Diseases-With-Many-Case-Histories-1st-Edition-Hulda-Regehr-Clark-ebook-corrected-edition

>>41746405Well, besides a parasite cleanse you can do a normal cleanse with juice fasting and basic supplements. You will shit out black death.
Plenty of people posted various edibles that help, suggested many, often quite different fasting and diet programs. Is there one place putting it all together into a convenient list of beneficial edibles (also mentioning why/how they're beneficial) together with possible cleansing regimes/their frequency etc in one place? Some book about anti-parasitic lifestyle some anon could recommend etc? Or am I forced just to gather a few such threads and run them through AI to compile a list of stuff to do (which may be dangerous as AI won't easily distinguish bullshit nor show much discernment in disagreements)?
>>41785927I've had great results using ChatGPT and Grok to sift through older medical and herbal literature to identify traditional methods of parasite removal. Some are bogus, but if you get the agent to show sources and cross reference with more recent studies into the herb or medicine, you can sort the proven treatments from the "folk tale" stuff. The same herbs and spices keep coming up over the centuries from entirely different cultures: Wormwood, Black walnut, Cloves, Garlic, Nigella, Mugwort and other artemisia species. Along with pumpkin seeds and other gourd seeds, some tropical fruits and their seeds and rinds/leaves.A guy I know is working on such a list, his website is NotThatKindOfCrazy(.) com. Are meat cravings due to parasites? I think the whole carnivore diet is a payop by either reps/ghouls or parasites as meat is the most parasited food there is.
>>41782459It is parasited too.
>>41782438Is pine tea good too for deworming?
>>41786199>Are meat cravings due to parasites? No, all or nearly all food cravings, even the most unhealthy and parasite-conductive are because said food either has or mimics presence of compounds your body actually needs/benefits from or because the body was habituated/addicted to them by person's own choice. And the latter isn't the case for meat, which thorough human history was the best source of many important elements needed by people to survive and grow. Even sugar, which is unhealthy in form and quantities we often ingest, stems from how in the faraway age carbs weren't as common yet still needed for human body. It's only once civilisation developed and with it stable access to food that people started to consume too much of it.>I think the whole carnivore diet is a payop by either reps/ghouls or parasites as meat is the most parasited food there is.And that's how you push yourself in a trap of your own assumptions and then ask slightly loaded questions hoping to find support for your stance. No, such diet is not a psyop. It's not as wonderful as some claim and not everyone may benefit from it equally, but it does help some people depending on their lifestyle, biology and nutrition profile of their past diet.Assuming psyops everywhere, especially in things we disagree with due to ideology etc is easy, but it's a good way to become delusional. There's plenty of blowing things out of proportion, hyping things up and half-truths, but those aren't the same as psyops.
>>41786203>Is pine tea good too for deworming?Yes, so is spruce, cedar and birch teas. The compounds in these teas responsible for deworming properties are called pinenes, a class of terpenes. These are most concentrated in distilled pine resins, also called gum turpentine. Some strains of cannabis are also high in pinene terpenes. Many herbs and spices traditionally used for deworming, such as rosemary, basil and sage, are also good sources of pinene terpenesThey are a plant defence compound to deter/kill parasites
>>41786230>which thorough human history was the best source of many important elements needed by people to survive and growLol, no! It has nutrients sure, but the best is too much of a glaze. Humans are built to mostly eat plants. Sure we can eat meat, but it is not the food we are built to eat. Most creatures built to eat meat can eat it raw and even a bit spoiled without harm, but humans typically will get sick from doing this. On the other hand, most/many plant based foods are fine raw for humans.
>>41786322>Humans are built to mostly eat plants. All opinions you have are now colored by this statement, and need to be disregarded.
>>41786322>Sure we can eat meat, but it is not the food we are built to eatBasic human biology disagrees with you, from eye positioning indicating predator, through digestive system, on shape of the teeth evolving for variety, including meat.>>41786230 warned you against your own bias that colored your question, and rather than consider it, you've dug into it further once he provided answer against your bias>>41786371 is also now making a very good point and you'll be foolish to ignore itWe're omnivores, since before civilisation, we evolved to be omnivores and some off-shoots of ours, like eskimos, even grown to primarily subsist on animals with no big issues. Similarly old mongolians, from Ghenghis Khan era considered much of their combat prowess against theoretically better equipped and wealthier opponents not merely a result of tactics and training, but hugely dairy and meat-based died as compared to grain diet of their opponents. While plants are a mainstay of our diet and perhaps in some parts of the world they made far bigger part of staple food than they do now, we're no less built to eat meat and some of us may even have much greater compatibility with such than others.Vegans and vegetarians would be far more respected if they wouldn't make their lifestyle something to stake their beliefs and personality on against knowledge and reason, but admit it's a matter of individual preference, particular health considerations and taste.
>>41786485>Basic human biology disagrees with you, from eye positioning indicating predator, through digestive system, on shape of the teeth evolving for variety, including meat.Nope. I never said we are true herbivores, but we have many traits that show that we are obviously built to swing more towards plant based foods, as does picrel.>Vegans and vegetarians would be far more respected if they wouldn't make their lifestyle something to stake their beliefs and personality on against knowledge and reasonNo, we would be more respected if more people stopped eating flesh and resisted the urge to 'hammer into place' folks who want to stop eating the standard slop diet we get raised into. I mean carnivores and omnis do the same crap you say vegans do. "I would die withoutta muchin' muh dead animal and probably human flesh, guuuh!!!'
>>41786322>It has nutrients sure, but the best is too much of a glaze.Few foods are as nutrient dense as meat, in particular of ruminants and including their organs. Oysters, eggs and sardines are the only real competitors. "Best at what" is the question.>Humans are built to mostly eat plants.Humans only started subsisting off of plants in the last thousands of years yet have existed for millions, and we know from mass spectrometry that humans ate primarily meat before agriculture and acted as apex predators, eating every available animal and fish. The human gut is extremely acidic and similar to that of a wolf.>Sure we can eat meat, but it is not the food we are built to eat.We can use all of its nutrients and it contains almost all of what we need to survive. We're extremely well adapted to eating meat.>Most creatures built to eat meat can eat it raw and even a bit spoiled without harm, but humans typically will get sick from doing this.Humans can eat meat raw and very few animals can eat rotten meat - only carrion like vultures can manage it because they have an even more acidic stomach compared to us or wolves.>On the other hand, most/many plant based foods are fine raw for humans. Most plants have been cultivated to even be edible or contain any nutrients or to strip them of toxins. Humans can't even eat the vast majority of plants. The overwhelming majority of food allergies and intolerances are to plant foods. Plants contain chemical defense systems, anti nutrients and toxins that are "used" by the plant to ensure the proper animal, which is symbiotic with the plant, consume it and spread its seeds. Koalas can eat eucalyptus for example while nothing else can (there are like four things total that are adapted to it.) ALL plants contain these anti nutrients and humans really aren't adapted to any of them. Essentially the opposite of what you're saying is true - we tolerate plant foods but we aren't "built" to consume them.

This is exactly like: seals (even longer intestines relative to body size) and sea lions, toothed whales like orcas and dolphins - these animals are carnivores. The reason you're tripped up is because the few animals you're familiar with, dogs and cats, have short intestines, but there are two modes of carnivore: eating lean and eating fat. Canines and felines are adapted to eat lean meat while we require and are adapted to eating higher fat which requires longer digestion than protein.>And I am aware not all carnivorous animals eat rotten meat,Almost none.>I was saying that they could safely eat a pice a meat left out in the sun a day or 2, yet thus would probably kill or heavily sicken most people.>And not, not all plants have antinutrients, at least not in all parts. >>41786609The pic maintains my point. Yes, as omnivores we have adaptations for both meat and plants, with some beneficial for one, and some for others. I even underlined commonality of plants in diet of old being greater than now. You first wrongly claim, quote, "sure we can eat meat, but it is not the food we are built to eat" and then try to present one adaptation as if it'd be exclusionary. For example, those intenstines you mention, lead to a stomach adapted to acidity herbivores are not fit for and which benefits predators. It is not an accidental development either as maintaining such acidity is more taxing and would be evolutionarily phased out if it wouldn't provide a lasting benefit/use. You're disingenuous trying to find something to support your bias rather than accepting, once again, we're adapted to eat everything, not "we swing toward plants and we're not built for meatv".>No, we would be more respected if more people stopped eating flesh and resisted the urge to 'hammer into place' folks"We would be more respected if people would eat what we want them to". Well, duh, but we talk about respect stemming from behavior despite dietary differences and how vegans/vegetarians neglect theirs by their behavior. Even right now, you prove you didn't come to learn things but to push an agenda - you've asked a question, and started arguing when given an answer you've disliked. You're either not sincere or worse, you didn't notice your lack of sincerity>I mean carnivores and omnis do the same crap you say vegans do."But what about the other guys!?" is not making your behavior any better, And even in your example you underline the difference: omni/carnivores speak on what they want/don't want to do for THEMSELVES, you speak on what you've decided OTHERS should do or not. Even here, we only addressed it since you've asked a question, rather than went out to promote meat or whatever to others.
>>41786918>>41786926>>41786931And now the disruptive tard went on childishly spamming and derailing the thread, all because they didn't like that people didn't entertain their loaded question and affirmed their life choice. You're what turns neutral parties against meat-less diet, going all defensive and disruptive rather than fucking off if you disliked what people answered to your question and in good faith.Once again, a tripfag proves they wear trip for recognition and attention whoring, unable to accept what doesn't mollycoddles them and with their fragile ego, they're unfit for spiritual pursuits.Since the thread is about getting rid of parasites, I'll make sure to ignore posts of one.

While on the topic of food... You can contract a variety of parasites from meat, fruit or vegetables, and even from drinking water.Cestodes such as tapeworms can infect humans who eat infected meat or fish, especially if it's raw or undercooked. Sushi is a vector for fish tapeworms. But you can also be infected through poor hygiene and poor sanitation. The eggs of infected humans pass out through feces. Many other parasite species propagate via this "fecal-oral route".Their eggs get deposited into the soil (feces) which can then contaminate plants. The eggs can remain viable on surfaces for weeks.Raw vegans might think they have a cleaner diet with respect to parasites than meat eaters, but in some cases their dietary choices could be exposing them to even more parasites than an average meat and potatoes guy.So neither veg or carnivore diet is "better" in regards to parasites...Arguably an anti-parasitic diet is better overall, and this usually involves eating specific spices, herbs and fruit. Or fasting I guess, which is no diet at all
>>41788766>Many other parasite species propagate via this "fecal-oral route".Uh huh they can also influence behavior. This is why there's such as ass obsession nowadays. Also pushed in porn by jews, who is you read above are infected with parasites from birth.
>>41752390What are the healthiest sardines and where to go to get them? I hope you’re not talking about any shit from ShopRite or Walmart and places like that, do you get them shipped in? I don’t trust commercial grocery stores
>>41788071>>41788397Yeah, fresh pineapple makes my lips bleed sometimes.>>41788766>Raw vegans might think they have a cleaner diet with respect to parasites than meat eaters, but in some cases their dietary choices could be exposing them to even more parasites than an average meat and potatoes guy. So neither veg or carnivore diet is "better" in regards to parasites...Not true. Meat is the most parasited food. It is so parasited at times, that even just touching it with your hands will get you parasited(this is bear meat I am talking about, but probably many other meats too). Raw fruits and veggies are not fully safe, but typically unless you are growing them with or near crap or have a slug/snail infestation, you are much more safe eating them raw, especially ones off the ground.I know it makes anons reee and seeth, but the 'hard' truth is dropping meat or at the very least eating it very sparingly will help significantly reduce the risk of getting parasited and stop it from getting worse if you already are.
>>41789262It depends on which parasites we are talking about. Bacterial and protozoan parasites outnumber worms, and these can spread through any type of food or contaminated water. The worst ones though, like E. coli and Salmonella, are definitely more prevalent in meat, eggs and dairy. With worms, the most common globally is Ascaris lumbricoides (over 1 billion infected) which is a soil-transmitted parasite, so it spreads through poor hygiene and unwashed/uncooked food. Not through meat specifically. The second most prevalent is pinworms. Another soil-transmitted worm. You're more likely to catch this one from dirty children than from food.I just want to make sure anons don't think they're immune from these things because of their dietary choices. We all have to take countermeasure!Today I am eating papaya and nigella seed oil. Those are good ones.
>>41789262Have you heard of cooking meat? That kills the parasite. I think the cavemen figured this out... what 200,000 years ago? 300,000?
parasites are concerns for third world shit holes. do you live in a third world shit hole parasite anon?
Parasites? The best thing I've used was a 72 hour diet of soda lye and apple cider vinegar. Like just have a cup an hour.I make sure to keep my phone in my hands the entire time though. Bc my phone is definitely itself not a parasitic entity controlling my mind.
They don't want you to know but parasites can only survive in blood. I tried everything else and just couldn't make it stop. Then I put all my blood in the freezer to keep any new parasites from growing
>>41777266>electrolyte mix>hammer your fasting kidneys and liverabsolutely fucktarded ideahumans fasted for 18,000 years on nothing but spring water. it contains all the salt you need.
>>41790179>parasites are concerns for third world shit holes. do you live in a third world shit hole parasite anon?At the moment, yes I do (Indonesia). But I am from neighbouring Australia.Australians in general know nothing about this subject, yet their government is insistent on importing third world labour from endemic regions. They don't even scan for parasitic infection. For a country with such famously strict border control, the fact they let anyone in without any kind of health screening or tropical disease treatment is insane.Import the third world etc etc
>>41776754Because it is all connected!God bless, whoever reads. I think about you prospering in all what you hope to achieve!
>>41777669Raw milk from local farmer market is the best :D
>>41786687You are the one with your weird image! Parasites control hosts’ minds to influence behavior. A lot of that consists of sexual urges, encouraging perverseness that is not natural.
>>41786823There’s an African tribe that hangs meat in strips on trees after hunts to preserve as much as possible when the amount was too much to all immediately be eaten. It hangs there for up to several days and is eaten slightly spoiled… vague information since I can’t remember the tribe name, just trying to be helpful!
>>41790179Not true. Why do we westerners think that parasites don’t exist in our part of the world? They are everywhere! Also, we have a great many people who own dogs and other animals, have them get checkups for worms, but what about ourselves?Anyways, bless
>>41790157The nasty gunk is till left behind plus it might leave behind a few parasites.>>41790287Nope. While electrolyte mix is overboard, drinking freshwater too much will eventually kill you. You need to mix in a bit of salt here and there.
>>41790676They are being kept ignorant, on purpose. It's a massive conspiracy.
>>41790751Terrible! Yes, a massive conspiracy indeed. I mean, I don’t know why it’s so hard to believe everyone more or less has some forms of parasites, most are even microscopic, some are spiritual, etc. I once read an anon’s recollection of a video he saw: Some couple living in a van kept a cat who one day defecated on their bed. They could see worms in the stuff and took the cat to the veterinarian immediately and talked all about how they are medicating the cat, how much money it required, etc. What about you?! That’s your pet you see everyday!!!But hey, it seems you’ve got some sense!Have an amazing day, anyone who reads! :D

y'all are sleeping on tea as an anti-parasitic. i mean camellia sinensis specifically, not tisanes-called-tea
