Why is ACTUAL belief in the paranormal so rare? The people who say they believe in the paranormal do not even really believe in it.The second you REALLY believe in something paranormal, everybody looks at you like a schizo. Almost everyone who "believes in the supernatural" either just believes in it for the aesthetic (like witches and satanists) or they believe in it because it's their "culture" (like religious people) but the second somebody actually believes in that shit, if someone actually believes a human can live to be 900 years old naturally like the Bible says, then suddenly you are now a schizo.Even on /x/ there's nobody who actually believes in it. When I try to discuss the paranormal on /x/ everybody is just like "schizo, take ur meds!" This is the supernatural board and nobody on here even believes in the supernatural. If you don't think it's possible for the laws of physics to be broken by man, then get off this board right now and don't come back. It's honestly surreal to me how even the US government believes in the paranormal more than the average US citizen. Their brainwashing efforts must have worked wonders. The US Gov spent over a million dollars researching psychic powers (Operation Stargate) and they didn't even deny it was possible they just said that it was "not useful to the military." And the Pentagon released UFO videos that absolutely, undeniably violated the laws of physics and the gov even said it too, but everybody in the public just assumed it was a bird or a drone. A bird or a drone? The pilots claimed the UFO was larger than a jet, there's no bird that is larger than a jet. And the infrared radar or whatever 5 figure camera they were using detected the object moving faster than any human drone can move, against the wind too. It's clearly an alien. Stop being retarded. Lol.
>they just said
Maybe 10 years ago or something, but ever since clownworld ended and demonworld began, schizomaxxing became pretty widely accepted and now there are tons of people who are very understanding of the paranormal and the metaphysical nature of reality.
>>41749150Women will easily believe but it's men's nature to deny that kind of stuff.
>>41749239Women easily believe the useless dead-ends - crystals, "magick", the secret, wicca, and the like. Men are skeptical because they are driven by logic and a sense of progression - if they do not see something produces tangible results, they move on to something that will. This makes their barrier of entry into the World of the Interesting much higher, but they are capable of far more in the long run. It simply is what it is - full stop.
>>41750009Even if men see it demonstrated to them in person they still won't believe. I have seen them deny their own eyes. It's fucked.
>>41749150>Why is ACTUAL belief in the paranormal so rare? because only relatively few people ACTUALLY experience paranormal phenomena. these would have been the shamans and seers back in the day, but we live in a society or something so the Freud people ruined it and called them schizos to get a leg up. everybody else is bot traffic or normal fags trying to figure out why they aren’t schizo too, bc FOMO and content monetizationthe question you should be asking: why are there so many ACTUAL normies on this board?> Even on /x/ there's nobody who actually believes in itlurk moar
>>41749150This makes me frustrated too. America is supposedly almost entirely Christian but the amount of people who actually believe in a spirit or soul seems to be extremely low. People believe in a heaven but not any mechanisms behind it.
>>41750070You haven't demonstrated shit from a butt - you're what we in any applied field would call a victim-in-the-making of the Dunning-Kruger effect. If you were genuinely able to perform miracles - you simply wouldn't demonstrate them at all. You would already understand why we hide it. What you are capable of is little more than common parlor tricks that anyone with basic knowledge of synchronicities could perform. Your hubris will be your own undoing. https://youtu.be/nxIuMZcblYw
>>41749177>but ever since clownworld ended and demonworld beganWhen did we move into demonworld?
>>41751101The lockdowns
>>41749150>Even on /x/ there's nobody who actually believes in it. When I try to discuss the paranormal on /x/ everybody is just like "schizo, take ur meds!"Everyone here believes their own version, and everyone else is a schizo.
>>41751438This
>>41749150plenty believe. especially if the planes going down
It's actually odd to me that people deny the paranormal. Why so they think its so weird? Sure it's more subtle, but it's just as real as anything physical.
>>41750009have you forgotten like a millennia of alchemists? in a rush to hate women forgetting smarter men believed too.
>>41751438Hey you people dont even exist, you disappear when I turn off my PC
>>41751438I give people on here psychic readings sometimes. There is less ways for them to cope when everything is anonymous. Their last cope is believing I used a spy satellite to spy on them since their birth.
>>41749150idk it’s very obvious to me humans used to live a lot longer before the flood. Sumerian kings list, Egyptian kings list, even Chinese have some early emperors with long lives, the Bible as mentioned in OP, this is a thread I like to pull. Heard it theorized that if man just kept living and didn’t age as fast, the brow ridge would gradually keep growing hence the archaic skulls find. It is also obvious to me dragons are dinosaurs and dinosaurs are dragon and they used to exist (rarely) until recent times maybe even the same event that ended our prolonged lives. Serpent just means dragon originally. It wasn’t a snake in the garden it was a dinosaur tempting Eve.So ok, some event happens, cosmic or divine, causes what we call younger dryas, we don’t know exactly what happened but what if there was like our atmosphere some extra protection that suppressed aging and it was removed, so now we just age fast and can only get to 120 years.
>>41753288I'm sure you get lots of counter-evidence you simply refuse to accept in that "cope".
>>41753357Try me and I'll be in your head in 2 seconds fucking around, like this guy >>41746235
>>41753456Okay. Trying you.
>>41749150>Why is ACTUAL belief in the paranormal so rare?Because the number of people on earth is actually very small. If you look how many people took vaccine, it's like 70% of the world population. Ok now assume that 60-70% of those who DIDN'T take vaccine might be NPC. The remaining 20%-30% of the unvaxxed are likely to be real humans.
>>41753456Well?Are you running like a bitch without even trying to larp?
>>41753467You have a small penis unironically
>>41753609Nah. Is that the best you have with your psychic ability?
>>41750220>>41750623he's rite u kno
>>41753633If you can't admit the first reading I can't give you the rest because you're being dishonest.
>>41753668There's nothing to admit. you are wrong.Give me your email and I'll send you a dick pic.
>>41753684If I was wrong you wouldn't be so desperate to get the rest of the reading from me because a normal person would just assume I was larping. Why get a reading from a psychic who is wrong?
>>41753750>so desperate to get the restBut I'm not. The question is mocking your ability, not requesting more.>Why get a reading from a psychic who is wrong?Because you tried to be all scary, and now I get to laugh at you slink away like a worm.
>>41749150Because the paranormal seems to be scared of cameras for some reason. You'd think demons and magicians would relish at the chance to build whole new religions and cults based on them by showing off their powers on their YouTube channels or livestreaming with other influencers but they never do it.
>>41753775Can't give readings to people who are dishonest. Enjoy your life in Australia.
>>41753808A stream is not actually guaranteed live, not even if you have real-time chat and ask for interactive suggestions, since authors can pick from their own sock puppets to make it seem like genuine crowd pleasing. The medium destroys an amount of credulity which people need to assume genuity. Influence is not a trivial thing to gain
>>41753879Nope twice. I live in Eastern US.
>>41749150>The second you REALLY believe in something paranormal, everybody looks at you like a schizo.Because that means you're a Player Character/Jester on your upward journey.Everyone else is an "agent/npc" trying to stop your progress of Becoming.
>>41753879Lol, what a shitty psychic fooled by a night shift.
I am coming to believe in extraterrestrials literally. People get enculturated into Hinduism, Christianity, Islam and so on and believe these things literally. I have witnessed myself to some small degree the great variety of belief systems available to people in the UK, including some fairly deep thinkers who believe passionately in their own belief systems. But the new Phenomenon iis so extraordinary that very few people can believe in it literally, because they are not enculturated in it. They may claim to believe deeply and passionately, but it has taken me over a decade of deprogramming from materialist rational science and its attendant culture, something I have pursued with great fervour and effort, to even begin to make inroads into fully and genuinely live in a world where aliens are literally, actually coming to Earth in spaceships. It's an extraordinarily different belief system, one which is extremely hard to program oneself into, including with the use of the tools commonly available, such as floatation tanks, psychedelics and so on.A half-arsed and metaphorical belief simply will not do for me. Whether it turns out to be the end of my experiment in belief systems or not, whether, that is, I become dogmatic and absolute or not, is still an open question. But you would have to be a lifelong, from-birth Scientologist or Raelian in order to accept it fully while still maintaining the ability to talk to intelligent, scientifically-minded people without sounding like you're trying to convince them of something which is impossible to conceive of given the advanced in science we have today.
>>41749150People living to 900, psychic powers, and the space craft shown in the pentagon videos do not inherently break the laws of physics.
>>41755345you don't really need to belong to any of those cults to know they are real. All you need is experience and validation. Believing in something you have not experience before is foolish, just like having faith in any god or religion
>>41749150I remember when /x/ was an actual paranormal board for paranormal discussions. Now it's just full of unintelligible schizos looking for an ego fix
>>41749150OP, do what the US govt does and use this secret knowledge for your own benefit.I am being serious, it's the best thing to do for now because these morons will never truly think for themselves.Even before modernity, normies were only religious because everyone else was and it was one of the few explanations at the time and because they wanted a higher entity to save them rather than think for themselves. The true free thinkers went into the occult and philosophy something which very few people actually did on average back then AND now.Pic related
>>41749150What really grinds my gears is how so called “religious” people that have in their teachings all sorts of paranormal crap like angels, demons, talking fire, wizards, divine clouds, visitations by divine emissaries yet somehow I’m a schizo for believing in the paranormal and supernatural like ghosts and glitches.
I believe in the paranormal. I've had a ghost encounter. Only takes 1 and scares the hell outta you lol.
>>41749150>paranormalDefine it. Its a very broad subject, of which by definition is full of quackery and lies.
>>41749150You often can't gauge others belief either, because we are all conditioned to hide our power levels. Even with someone who seemingly appears a schizo on my own wavelength, I will be wary.
>trash talking witches and satanists>acting like nobody takes magic seriously
>>41753290I might turn some of this into a fantasy novel goddamn , u overly attached to this theory or is it open season?
>>41749150Most people believe to a certain extent in my experience anon, its just that they're belief lives in a place a cognitive dissidence because they are told by culture to reject the supernatural experiences most people WILL have throughout their lives and also frankly it scares them.Believing in ghosts as an example (and thus believing in an after life) is a pretty terrifying proposition to most people and with it comes a whole host of implications most people dont want to think about. So generally most people dont think about it, they just push this stuff to the back of their mind like their vague knowledge of the existence of nuclear bombs or climate change and try to live they're lives. Most dont think people more interested in this stuff are any more "crazy" then people passionate about climate change; they just se you as obsessive and maybe a bit unbalanced. Not delusional though; that's not the same thing.
>>41749150Belief is not the rare aspect here.
>>41749150>someone actually believes a human can live to be 900 years old naturally like the Bible says,Do you believe this can be done? How?
