Took my the better part of 30 years to exorcise all the demons.
The final one, my private and internal tormentor was finally escaped, about a week ago for me.
Pretty sure it's still there.
But my layche was able to get far enough away from it's influence and forcing enough, to overpower it.
The demon is waiting for a kneecap moment. And it's still trying to talk to me, seed negative thoughts, but my layche is too big to hear it right now.
My psyche is in a positive feedback loop right now, constantly reinforcing itself.
But the demon, Satan, is still there.

I never said anything you're implying. I said God picks and chooses what prayers are worthwhile. Most prayers aren't because they're for shit like money. Usually money. But there are also good prayers from good men he ignores. There is literally an entire chapter of the bible dedicated to the seemingly arbitrary and chaotic nature of human suffering, and that we need to trust God through it. He does what he deems appropriate. Sometimes, the kid has to die of brain cancer, no matter how fervently his parents or community prays. His plan might involve you getting your legs mangled by a sixteen wheeler. Life isn't sunshine and rainbows, God is not a pagan deity you insert good boy points into to dispense more convenient outcomes.
