To the anons who did the official course: is it legit? I heard wildly different opinions. Most naysayers never did the paid course though.


And can anyone drop the real mantra list? I just found an age old blog through a russian search engine and I'm skeptical it's the real source.

Sorry, I don't have 1 grand to spend on a course, I need the money myself to pay rent in this tiny hat debt based hellscape

This aligns with what I've read in many places. Just find a way to keep your inner monologue silent and your attention focused for prolonged periods of time, and you will experience all sorts of shit.
Personally, I've heard other people's thoughts for a whole morning. It took almost a week of autistically not doing much else (even at work), and I haven't done it again. But I know the secret now.
