as someone who struggled with sleep paralysis for years it certainty feels like a distinct entity from yourself.

I understand there are naturalistic explanations for it, but experiencing it yourself and reading hundreds of people experiencing the exact entity you have makes it hard to reconcile a purely naturalistic explanation

get sleep paralysis probably 50% of the time I sleep on my back, so never do, think sleeping on your back makes you more exposed or something
