He is Satan, Saturn. The God of boundaries. "God of the material world" "The grand architect" "The God of this world" He is Santa Claus. He Governs the rules of the realm. He can deliver all presents in one night (Father Time/Chronos) if you are nice but he knows if you've been naughty(The karmic ledger) He is neutral unless you decide to act upon him.
