Any tips on how to contact them? Unfortunately, I was not blessed with any level of sight into the astral plane, and any suggestions are welcome.

NOTE: NO DMT PLEASE! I have no access to such substances and the ones I have tried (K and datura) did not have the desired effect.

technically yes, but it is very much one way right now. I would like to also receive something or atleast gain a bit of insight into the invisible world around me. I feel I am chained to this plane and want to expand my sight

The gateway tapes are supposed to let you have non verbal conversations with them, they call them "non physical beings" instead of ultraterrestrials. I never had success, the best I had were a few mild hallucinations where I got information from them, but every time the information ended up being wrong.
