Potassium Iodide/Iodine

Assessment of Japanese iodine intake based on seaweed consumption in Japan: A literature-based analysis
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3204293/

>By combining information from dietary records, food surveys, urine iodine analysis (both spot and 24-hour samples) and seaweed iodine content, we estimate that the Japanese iodine intake--largely from seaweeds--averages 1,000-3,000 μg/day (1-3 mg/day).

Fuck yeah this is something I can get into.
How do y’all combine /x/ and /fit/? I am going to start using law of attraction to grow bigger quickly, and I will dedicate some exercises/sets to deity/demon as a way to honor and give energy to them.
I want to make a talisman or some jewelry and enchant it for better gains. That would be good, but I don’t know where to start with that.

Iron overload — search Morley Robbins on YT.
Toxic water designed to surreptitiously kill many — it is blackening your blood. 5-stage reverse-osmosis cleans out the water. Treat as you will afterwards. Ocimum africanum tulsi visibly cleans the blood in minutes. Grow it and ingest fresh.
Bloodlines that don’t countermeasure will slow burn into the history books.

Japan also has the highest rates of Hashimotos
Since worldwide iodine supplementation started, hashimotos prevalence in other countries has also increased.
Does that mean iodine is bad?
Hell fucking no.
But, if you start experiencing weird symptoms related to food, start looking into your thyroid health. Most general practitioners are very behind on what can actually cause food-related symptoms.

Ocimum africanum tulsi visibly cleans black crap out of the blood. It is amazing to see under a regular compound microscope. It must be reasonably fresh. This effect dissipates iver time.
Start with 5-stage reverse-osmosis water and then tinker as you will. Otherwise, the water is very likely turning your blood black.
See picrel, and it can get a LOT worse than that!

> the classic, no tap water Serious
Don't drink tap water
Don’t shower in it, either. Almost all water turns the blood black and introduces relatively large structures into it.
I bought distilled water from the store by the gallon, ran it through a Betkey and thought I was good. My blood was nasty until I switched to 5-stage reverse-osmosis and started taking ocimum afticanum on the regular.
BTW, store-bought RO water is often compromised. I suspect the ‘remineralization process is really a retoxification process.
Be fit!

It's hard to draw a line between this and law of attraction but there is definitely a very strong mind-body link you can train. Having the right attitude, being pumped and eager to train and see progress, these things influence the hormones that are part of making gains.

I’ve dabbled in demonology before. It took months of daily meditation to get some concrete results. I would hear an outside voice repeat their enn inside my head. I had physical sensation of being touched, and constant dreams too.

I have never tried crystals or enchantments before. I read one book on it I remember you would need to do it during certain days/months for it to be successful. According to the book, you are supposed to do it in relation and conjunction to astrology for results. It isn’t purely about moving energy around. It’s more like blessing it to have attributes of planets.

The mind shapes reality.
Reality as we see it (buildings, structures, and everything around us) was created by a man's mind.
This also means that training a lift and repeating the motions in your mind, similar to mediation has a carryover to real performance in a gym.
A healthy and strong willed mind allows you to manifest as much potential that your current body is capable of.

Water fasting is harmful unless you consume electrolytes with the water.

Just do dry fasting like all the holy texts recommend. It is safe to do unless you are on a sauna, pregnant or severely underweight.

Or keep pissing your electrolytes every two hours because you have to "stay hydrated" like the rest of the goys.

Mind shapes reality through physical means. Physicality is the function between the mind and reality itself. Your mind thinks and feels something, your physical body creates it in reality, and reality has now been shaped by your human consciousness.

In other words, no pain, no gain, anons. Pick up some weights and start lifting. Or your mind won't shape anything to begin with.

yoga or some stretching, I was trained to be a yoga instructor precovid, since this board is mostly men, guys your hips are probably stiffer than you realize. All your gains are great but make sure it’s never at a loss of range of motion.
Along with sweating from activity, gotta be saunaing esp if you can get access to an infrared one. You will detox all sorts of things and can ever see it in the towels you sweat in, crazy stuff! Make sure to hydrate with electrolytes. If you can’t get to a sauna hot baths are good unless you are trying to conceive then… well work or trade crypto till you can get a cheap sauna. I’m not kidding it’s such a HUGE boost to sleep, recovery, fighting off illness, not to mention the meditative zone natural from sitting in it. It’s like instant flow state and we all know how that can help the mind work things out.

Parents should be fitish not fitness models but never fat, never unable to play or run around or too embarrassed to get in a swimsuit type shit. most basic filters are just activated charcoal which only removes impurities, if u want to remove all the other nasty shit (chlorine, fluorine, bacteria, plastic, etc) you need more complex filters but all this water filtering removes both harmful stuff and minerals that your body needs (depending on your country/city the minerals could have been already removed by the entity which manages the water on you country/city) so you need to add the minerals back

there are DIY cheap alternatives to the filtering and remineralization process but they are not as inconvenient as just installing a filter under the sink, also most filters (that I have checked) which promise remineralization only add calcium, so far this is the only decent filter all in one under the sink I have found >>41773439, no clue about the quart/lodestone part tho

heres some recipe for you.

fresh raw goatmilk, making it rather warm 85° (not boiling) lightly stirring and adding some Salvia officinalis (sage) and keeping it warm and keep stirring. basicly tea, but instead of water, milk.
then, optional, adding some raw honey. let it simmer for a few minutes, cooling it down and then drinking.
you are not going to believe how tasty that drink will be.
this is a very rare recipe. it will increase your wisdom and dreams(?)

generally, if you are eating a meal, you should make it a ritual. sit down, calm down and take time to eat and focus and concentrate on your meal.
that way, your parasympaticus can relax and you dont gain weight as much as you would eat in a haste (and many more positive health benefits) and better digestion

original "raw" kefir will give you up to 10 more life years if drank almost everyday
drinking cistus rose tea, will give you too up to 10 more life years, if drank almost everyday
ofc raw and unsweetened. the only sweetener you should allow yourself should be raw (normal) honey

if this information helped you, please remember me when you meet your maker, maybe put in a good word for me?

The most simple and complete diet you can make of is:

>carrots
>broccoli

>almonds

Ideally a pound of the first three everyday (almonds you need just a handful). If you're trying to lose weight you can cut to half a pound everyday.

Some fundamental supplements, IMO:

>probiotics (kefir for daytime, S. boulardii for nighttime)
>omega-3 (take with the almonds)

I'd avoid grains, beans, dairy, sugar and anything industrialized.
If you like to fry things use butter or lard. Don't use sneed oils.

All that goes better in an intermittent fast regime. Nothing really fancy or precise, just avoid to eat at night and you're set.

>beans
Why?
I soak them and cook in a pressure cooker
Easiest on the gut and most sustaining food I've eaten

Based and deenzpilled. Fish oil from the fish (not in a pill) is extremely powerful.

Yes. In fact, almond butter is arguably the supreme nut butter. Here are my nut butter power rankings:

1. Almond butter
2. Walnut butter
3. Cashew butter

*POWER GAP*

4. Sunflower seed butter (not technically a nut but whatever)
5. Peanut butter
6. Pine nut butter

*POWER GAP*

7. Pistachio butter
8. Onions nut butter
9. Hazelnut butter

Good. All I do for a snack is mix sunflower seeds in a raw almond butter jar and eat it everyday

Where's the meat, eggs, cheese, milk, salmon? No no no OP that fridge can't feed a temple and it's watch.

Cook in bulk aka meal prep, eggs and beef (or other ruminate animal) are gold, carbs come from veggies and fruit first, then measured out as needed for upcoming events.

Offerings of meat and mead, gratitude for your health and fitness, building a temple for apotheosis.

What a cool thread.

herring has about same omega3 content as salmon, more micronutrients, less heavy metals and is dirt cheap, i could get all the minimum omega 3 from just herring when was living on poor bastard diet on below price of one kebab a day. herring is gigachad fish

Something about having a spotter makes me stronger. Is it from just having confidence that I will be safe if I fail, or something else?

No alcohol, no junk food, the right supplements, curried chicken breast with Greek yoghurt, boiled eggs, unflavored protein shakes with collagen and frozen berries, tuna or salmon on toast with avocado/spinach/tomatoes/onions, green tea, fruit juice with no added sugar (prune juice especially is good for me cause my genetics make me struggle with iron deficiency), mineral water, tree nuts, sleep discipline and a healthy dose of God/scripture/sermons has my mind balanced and upright

This just applies to inner city slickers with chlorine tasting water right? The water at my house is very refreshing, especially if I put in in a glass bottle and refrigerate it

If that's the case then I am sorry for making zoomers the way they are, I had the meme haircut in 2014 and watched lot's of anime and listened to lots of rap music. Now I'm a BA Christian and will hopefully with the help of God help the world turn back to him

Naturally sweet? Nah, not really. Cashews are much more noticeably sweet. The only downsides I can think of is they are rather pricey and tend to have bugs in them. The later is why I stopped eating them for a few years. But I still love them.

I make a huge pot of chili usually, or some thick stew.
Speaking of which, anyone know a good recipes for beef stew that uses beer/ale? I had one that I lost and I'm craving it again.

It's a part-time job and highly rewarding, take your time and craft good stuff in batches.

Retain and freeze portions to make it through the week. Add layers of flavor cuz after months of eating on a routine the details make it big difference.

And salt, lots of it.

A few months ago someone made threads sharing about trauma release therapy, it apparently removed blockages in energy pathways (chackras and kundalini stuff). I do a session from time to time and it's a good complement to yoga.

How's everyone's sleep gains been lately? I've noticed my dreams have been super liminal lately, my tarot card readings have been way more precise, and I can do 3 good pull ups again in the middle of my recomp phase with the help of protein powder. Though I desperately need some advice on dealing with January seasonal depression and finishing MiSide. My marriage and social life have been great though lately.
