We also have to consider the reincarnation accounts of small children, being able to describe past incarnations with scarily accurate detail that is later able to be verified as well, them also having birthmarks relating to their past incarnation's death. How can these 2 accounts be reconciled?
Reincarnation is not instantaneous, and furthermore it is optional.
