I've come to grow largely disinterested in the purely material and mechanistic aspects of the world and in turn have been losing a lot of enthusiasm towards my studies. I feel that there may be a magical undercurrent to computing and the web (perhaps in the way that directly taps into the noosphere by facilitating social contact and information exchange?), but I wouldn't want to end up distracted by something that would ultimately just be another archon trap if it's ultimately useless or detrimental for being able to achieve gnosis and/or transcend reality.
If the paranormal exists on the physical plane, surely it would also exist digitally as computers are physical. If Solomon can bind a demon to a jar, why couldn't anyone do it for it with an SSD or software. I personally haven't seen anything supernatural online but I'm a skeptic of anything supernatural.
>>41763235>Is there any real overlap between the occult/magic and the digital?Where isn't there an overlap. The digital is a step up form the mental but a step down from the astral

>>41763235Satanic capitalism has resulted in a digital surface web that's a social trash can organized by demonic loo poo deniers. You tell me.
>>41763235The internet itself is witchcraft but you can still use it to order daily goods like toothpaste.
Look into Coil vs Elf. Basically digital divination using audio equipment. Coil is peak /x/ and /mu/.
yeah let me use this palm sized crying device somehow powered by crystals and precious metals, and talk to disembodied entities who just wanna be humans assistants. everything is occult but the digital world is even more so than usual.
>>41763235Mass synchronized emotion and attention are what sustain egregores. It used to take vast temple states coordinating compulsory worship to maintain the state egregore (e.g. a god like Inanna or Hadad or Apollo). Now, all it takes to synchronize mass attention and emotion on a global scale onto a modern egregore is for a tweet or a post to go viral or a shocking news story to spread quickly. Our phones are the new temple infrastructure, feeding the new “gods” that seem to rapidly morph and adapt to cultural trends. Digital media is not itself the demons, but a very efficient feeding system for the demons.
>>41763235>transcend realityBy descending into a simulation within reality?
>>41765229It came to me recently, that these demons and artificial gods, are all creation of humans (that ofc are being manipulated). They're parasites, and these parasites are anti-human, but they need them alive. However a tier above that are the actual aliens, whom even these parasites will obey.
>>41763235Yes. You are like 2-3 years minimum behind on the current meta.
>>41766625By escaping from (or in the most extreme case, supplanting) consensus reality and descending into a more personal (and possibly purely mental/spiritual) reality.
>>41763235the internet will only distract you from gnosis my friend
>>41763235Everything that happens or exists in the material realm is a mirror of the astral realm.

Warning: Eve is here
The internet is a pale immitation of the Akashic Records made by humans. There is a reason why they are called Ether-net Cables.
>>41763235>I've come to grow largely disinterested in the purely material and mechanistic aspects of the world and in turn have been losing a lot of enthusiasm towards my studies. If you strongly wish to learn about the spiritual and non-physical aspects of reality, then you must understand the physical and material world in order to accomplish that desired goal. Because the physical is nothing without the spiritual, and the spiritual is nothing without the physical. It has always been about Mind and Matter together, not one over the other.Always. So in knowing this, I hope you find a way to reconcile your interests in both the physical world and the spiritual world together. Because I strongly believe that's the key to understanding what goes beyond our physical reality.
>>41765137second this. coil is very based
are we getting SMT up in here?anyways, i think withthe rapid advent of ai developments (no i'm not talking about sloppa) humanity is going to be forced to question what "reality" is once we realize we've effectovely created our own reality in the forms of these digital AI simulations. but it's very very hazy, the lines of perception and reality>>41765160reminds me of picrel, kek
