The whole of The Beautitudes are a list of paradoxes. The most secular countries are the most advanced/happy/well off. The good, honest and hardworking are punished, the wicked, deceitful and lazy are rewarded. The rich are slaves, the poor are free. In fifth it shall be found. Success is a burden while letting go of expectations frees the mind. The most devout are usually the worst sinners behind closed doors, while the worst scum you meet are the nicest people around. Closeted gays are the most vocal against homosexuality. To go east is to come west. Women dislike guys who treat then well, go for guys who tread them poorly. The dog bites the hand that feeds it. The true way is narrow, the false way is wide and open to everyone
It seems to me that God has designed the conscious experience of creation on a substrate of paradoxes, or rather we can only experience creation as a paradox. I found that often by embracing paradoxes, I am happier or more fulfilled, or perhaps a better word is content, soothed, relaxed, or even satisfied, more than by tackling the issues directly. By tackling any situation directly, there's often a sense of fighting against the current, often meeting resistance, the truth is most of the times obscured and easy to miss, while falsities are loud and obnoxious.

Analyzing a thing's opposite is generally a good heuristic for gaining a deeper understanding of that thing. At the very least, it's a good starting point to understand how that thing is defined relative to other things.

So God wants to understand himself by creating the most diametrically opposite things to Himself?
Or did he give us the ability to sense the field of paradox in order to better understand his creation?
No matter which way it is, it seems to me that the reason/purpose of the substrate of paradox within creation is to serve knowledge/understanding.

To me, it's more that everything exists relative to another thing(s) that define the original thing by it's differences from the thing of comparison. And there must be one thing in the system that exists in and of itself that the rest of the web is ultimately reliant on. From a verb's perspective, this would be like cause-effect chains, where God is the initial causal force.

Paradox...
Most certainly...
Not against em...
Most certainly looking into em...
And found the eyes of an idiot...
