I think a large amount of your opinion stems from the notion that the world is entirely random and noncausal in its creation. This idea of randomness vs. Dynamicism doesn't fit well into how I see the answer to the problem of suffering. The idea that the world is static and random essentially says that objective truth doesn't exist, and everything is in a state of chaos. Not even in the quantum state do we observe this though, so I don't see any reason to be convicted about it.
