Awareness of their existence and deployment is the very first line of defense as well as the very first step in countering them. You awareness and your consciousness is the primary battlefield. Losing materially is a secondary issue.
Here's a few I know of:1. Modulated signals to put a message in your brain. (Left ear sound) - (right ear sound) = (message heard only inside your brain). When done to a degree in the ultrasonic range you get havanna syndrome, but you can also implant messages without the subject knowing. It is used to achieve the theta state, like the gateway tapes. You're phone is definitely listening to you, I'm not getting paid for my date so it's being stolen and I retract from doing any survey or liking/disliking. They may not get to you, but you fit a profile and they sway people like you with certain advertisements using the AI to know when and what is the right content.I was curious about linguistics, how do they hide hidden spells and Hebrew and secret meanings in English. There are symbols in video and spells in audio they prevent you from knowing about, like bible = by ba'al.

Street theater is very rare and even a target in a rather extreme flavor of the program may only actually experience it once. Most of what targets deem "street theater" is subconscious manipulation convincing the target of something like "stranger on street is taking my picture". In reality the stranger is just on his phone and you've been gaslit into believing he's taking your picture in all of about 4 seconds with this tech. Street theater if it used frequently would almost always involve situations with the homeless or fent addicts.2025 Zersetzung is entirely technological. All of the voice campaigns and subconscious manipulation is carried out through AI led brain interfaces. A thought that most targets have very early on sans the AI but it's such a horrible thought they refuse to believe it. They are assisted in not believing it by the technology for psychological abuse purposes. Your family knowing your darkest secrets and tormenting you about them vs. the government is infinitely more psychologically damaging and why it is framed as such. Framing family/friends/coworkers is also incredibly more effective than presenting as government in terms of getting the target to lash out and become associated with mental illness. This technology for the most part sets up persecutory delusions where the delusions are not delusions but simulations and these simulations are only perceived by the target. Noise campaigns with an unknown fascinating technology are able to remotely bang or tap on objects. You might hear banging on the walls, your TV or computer monitor might make "clicking" sounds leading you to believe cameras have been installed into them. These noise campaigns are coupled with voice to skull in order to convince the target this is a boots on the ground operation.

Targets must learn to recognize when this is being used before they stop thinking and acting like a full blown schizo and it usually takes a year or two for even an intelligent person to recognize that it's being used. It is the most heavily utilized facet of this technology and is present in every targets program unlike other facets like "voices" which are used on probably 5-10% of targeted individuals. If you claim to be a targeted individual then I recommend that whenever the full blown schizoid thoughts start that you attempt to enter a state of immediate meditation or at least desperately trying to think of absolutely nothing. If you do this every time you will eventually notice how casually this shit can slip shit into your mind. It's noticeable while actively trying to think of nothing, it's impossible to notice while actively thinking about things.

Other common tactics include false hope, carrot on a stick, good cop bad cop, and most commonly psychic driving. These tactics are usually carried out through voice to skull. With subconscious manipulation the most common tactic is false association.When it comes to this stuff and you’re pondering the who what where and why you need to always ask yourself “would explaining this thought make me sound crazy”. If the answer to that is yes, it’s almost always the subconscious manipulation enforcing that belief.
