I've spent many years studying the movement, all I'll say is the benefits of chanting of the maha mantra is 100% real from my own hands on experimentation with it. The 4 regulative principles are also spot on, but I will say the no sex one is not healthy for a young person but the order of Sanyasa is traditionally taken by older men in their 50s or so long after they've mowed their wild oats sort of speak.
