Symbol at the top is the astrological sign for Libra, the triangle with a line through the top part below that is the alchemical sign for air. The M looking symbol is the astrological sign for Scorpio. The O with horns to the right is the alchemical sign for bismuth. The pentagrams and scales are obvious. The rest is just basically nonsense probably trying to ape the alchemical and astrological style of symbols. Nothing special.
