The heart attack was obviously the kill shot vaccine. The lady who got turbo cancer got the mRNA shot.

The reason cancer speeds up with the mRNA shot is because it disables your immune system and normally when people get cancer their immune system fights it until they can't anymore. There's so many facets to how something like this could be pulled off. Some research suggests (vid below) that each vendor rotated the release of their lethal batches to make it hard to pin down any pattern of lethality. Though the 'howbadismybatch" website was able to show a pattern of events/deaths significantly higher with certain batch/lot #'s. I don't now if anyone ever found a pattern as to where and to whom those batches were given though.

I don't think clerks at cvs and Walgreens were accessing a database and selecting from either the blue or red basket to give undesirables a kill shot. The fact is that a lot of people we'd otherwise think are good for the economy/society were maimed or killed too.
