Maybe you're not alone, just lonely?Try not to put too much meaning into these words like "universe," as though English is the only language in the world. In another languages and countries, these words likely wouldn't have these connections at all. For example, you likely don't have any problems with the number "four," but in Japanese, four sounds like "death" and many people avoid it there. My point is that it's very easy to apply meaning to something that's just a coincidence. The English language is very versatile and easy to do these things with. But who knows, maybe there is only "you" and each one of us, each lifeform, is a fragment? Well, maybe it's not so bad. Maybe one day we will re-merge into one being and have trillions of experiences and lives to look back on. Maybe we'll be happy and at peace. Maybe this is one of the reasons why it's a good idea to be kind to eachother.

So suffering and living regular life on this world doesn't seem to be a good distraction - continuous happiness would be better or even perfect. Because when we were kids we (usually) either didn't even have much thoughts about that or even if we did - they weren't terryfing. Because of higher state of mind. Then you have the non-duality approach, that concepts like “heaven” can’t exist in the first place without a contrast of neutrality and hell to define it. Thing is though, what does it even mean for an infinite being to get bored? How would an infinite being not be capable of conceiving heaven without misery? It’s supposed to be infinite right? I think we are all the same. That deep feeling of you, of what it feels like to be you, that is exactly the same thing that I feel, the same thing we all feel.The joke is that our language is so limited we all end up talking past each other, endlessly, and getting so confused and diosoriented we start to believe in all the misunderstandings until we are literally killing each other.If we could communicate directly all the misunderstandings would immediately vanish, and we would love each other.
