I once saw a UFO that coincided with a very high strangeness "feeling">be me>get up at 5am to get ready for my shitty factory job>have breakfast and a cup of coffee while I wait for my coworker to pick me up in our carpool>had a big fight with housemates last night about how dirty our kitchen was>see a big spec of dirt on the kitchen window and think "wow, this place is pretty nasty">stand up and go to wipe the dirt off the window and realize it's not dirt but something in the distance>looks like a dark grey dull metallic orb, it must be huge and at a considerable distance, maybe 50 to 100km away at a higher altitude than a helicopter but lower than an airplane>i can even see a shining glint of morning light on its surface>it is just sitting motionless in the air, i sit down with my coffee and stare at it>i get this distinct gut feeling that the object is also "staring" at me, like when you feel like someone or thing is watching you in the woods>i watch it intently for 15 minutes when my coworker calls me outside>look away for a split second to check my phone and when i look back it's completely vanished>that night tell my friends what i saw, they told me that around the same time an airline pilot reported a UFO a few hundred km away and it was all over the news

I've always been fascinated in the paranormal but only experienced genuine haunting activity in a bar I worked in where a guy hung himself in the 1930s after losing all his money gambling. You would experience a lot of sensory anomalies but never actually witness them if that makes sense. Like hearing glasses slammed loudly on the bar counter when nobody was there but the glasses never moved, or heavy footsteps creaking floorboards but the boards themselves didn't move. Or the sound of a gate or door violently shaking but seeing no evidence of it. I think they can effect your sensory perception but not tangibly interact with physical objects, just making you perceive them to do so. I'm sure if you filmed it on camera you wouldn't have seen anything. I think there also has to be a correlation with transient activity. Like they gain "energy" from lots of people moving through the space they are haunting and tied to. I think you're more likely to find paranormal activity in old buildings with lots of visitors passing through than in completely abandoned buildings. In that building the times you were most certain to experience paranormal activities were after hours when there had been 500+ people through the building over the course of the day but rarely if ever on quiet weekdays. When I was younger the bar in my town had a similar haunting and the staff also only experienced activity after really busy nights, the building was like 150 year old inn and coachhouse where some guests were apparently murdered in the 1800s

I had one that was a bit weird and didn't seem to get partially explained until about 10 years later>Friend gets new gf and we often sit in her house>This is back in the PC is the family computer days>Me and friend are both DJs (19) and her dad is too so we all get on well>Albeit we play a completely different type of music to him and DJ at a very different club to him>One night the three of us sit in hers while her dad is at the club>Listening to one of friend's sets on the PC>Gets this really odd distortion over the top like listening to two radio stations at once>His set gets drowned out by her dad's voice introducing whatever tune he's about to play because it's his daughter's favourite and dedicates it to her>This is weird in itself because we've been to his events before and he never ever goes on the mic>Tune starts playing, but only for a few seconds and then it gets drowned out by friend's set again>We put it down to somehow both sets played at once when no one was touching the PC>Friend's gf says it doesn't make sense because his sets are recorded at the club, but it's always on cassette (boomers you see) and he never puts them on the PC because he wouldn't know how to>We're doubtful and check the PC, but none of his sets are on there so it's a bit tougher to explain>Mostly forget about it it was just an odd happening>About 7 or 8 years later her dad dies unexpectedly>She keeps all his old cassettes and plays them from time to time because she still likes the music>One day I'm at their place and she puts one of the cassettes on>Her dad's voice comes on and introduces a tune for his daughter and dedicates it to her because it's her favourite>Literally exactly what we had heard on the PC years before>Three of us get spooked>At least we're part way to solving the mystery now>Except we aren't because the date is written on the cassette and it was the last event he did two weeks before he died
