it’s really not the mysterious. Some places are seen as “immune” or safer during climatic or cosmic events. Greenland is one of them, they think this in part bc models and in part bc we are able to get readings like ice cores and shit from there for very long periods showing it doesn’t change much no matter what earth is doing. I believe New Zealand is also seen as one of these safe zones too. Seems silly to me, I’d stick to the Appalachians personally, some of the oldest mountains around ain’t nothing happening to them unless earth is gone. Now, where it is spooky is clearly the powers that be do think something is going to happen, or at the very least enough to risk some of their endless wealth just in case.
