The only way that "processing trauma" even makes sense would be through the purported "security and sanctity" of the mind, a person is supposed to be secure in their min, their thoughts, their inner world, the only way to cope with external trauma would be to find peace in your internal control and mental satisfaction, if you're being "hyperrealistic" and honest it's not possible to solve "trauma" at all through mentally processing it it's only possible to mitigate the effects by distracting yourself from it through fantasy, realistically trauma has physical effects that probably can't be undone even by forgetting it, the closest thing to "real solutions" to trauma would probably be either forgetting (internal mental coping ie distraction is a lesser form of forgetting) or killing/torturing the person who traumatized you to turn the "memory" of them from a painful one to a triumphant one, this would be the "darker" mental coping mechanism (fantasizing about killing/torturing abusers to generate relief instead of pain).

Evil is the violation of free will, if someone consciously chooses drakness without any manipulation from the outside, then it is just darkness instead of evil. Evil also exists from the perspective of darkness, but from there it is the light that violates the free will. The goal is for the souls to understand both sides and after they can decide with their free will, eliminating Evil in the process.

What good is being able to jump realities when my wounding always pulls me back to the same situation. And no work - no retreat, no drug, no therapy, no meditation, no breathing work has meaningfully moved the needle in a lasting, durable way. I’ve literally taken multiple leaps of faith, listening to the love directly, and been crushed each time. The love might be real, but it’s no match for the trauma, it wins everytime.
