My ears are too prominent both stick out too far and one sticks out significantly farther than the other so they're not symmetrical. I already went for an otoplasty consultation and he told me this but I can't afford the surgery.I wish both of my ears were like 30 degrees out. I wish they weren't so prominent like they are now and I wish they were symmetrical.My nose is not symmetrical and has a dorsal hump.
