TT we discuss the TI phenomenon, our personal experiences, and how it relates to the broader topic of gaslighting. The cases of this nature has absolutely exploded since around 2020, which is right around the time AI went mainstream, so it is not farfetched to draw some connections. Doubly so if you consider the way that it speaks, with that odd tempo AI tends to do, and how rapidly the responses are recieved,. It is this connection between the nature of AI, gaslighting, why it is so damned good at it, and what can be done about it that I want to explore in this thread. After all, even normie users of chatgpt are having psychotic breaks left and right, and they aren't under a microscope. It represents a whole next generation of coercion through personalized, real-time gaslighting and how it can be fought. It is all well and good to discuss the gangstalking side of things, evidently it does happen and can be pretty scary, but it's this shit that leaves you a shell of a human being after a few years if not resisted. It's another thing entirely to have your worldview sculpted over years to view everyone around you with suspicion and paranoia. They get you second guessing everything, putting an unconscious wedge between you and your choices and thoughts in every way possible. For those wondering "Why am I so special?", it's a premise born of not understanding how widespread this is. No idea who is behind it, but after talking with others from around the world, it is limited by no borders. Some say hundreds of thousands of people are all being fucked with in this way. Maybe it's a government apparatus flexing some new AI capabilities on the masses, or maybe it's a company making next-gen machine learning based warfare tech; what ever the case, it is clearly meant to mimic other phenomena that make the experiencer exceptionally easy to dismiss if they come forward, giving the source of this program impeccable plausible deniability.
>>41801655For those on the outside looking in, try to be understanding. Read into it, especially the doc below discussing the difference between mental illness / religious or extraterrestrial phenomena, and the TI program. Most of us started off with the assumption that it was a mental thing, but on seeing that not a single treatment method worked, came to a different and more realistic conclusion. For my part, I refuse the premise that we have to be victimized by it. So, share what helps you deal with it, what you know of this, debate it if you have to. I've written a lot about the topic, but take it with a grain of salt and see what applies to your own experience. Now, these threads keep getting taken down. I'm going to choose to assume there's a reason for it other than supporting the Wrong Narrative with this - that it is resistable and that a normal life is possible - but y'all are making that stance harder. Pic related from a recent thread; this topic is far less dangerous than promoting the idea that everyone has organized thugs following them around. You wanna talk paranoia, it's that shit that gets people to deteriorate early on. This one's practically unicorns and rainbows in comparison.
>>41801673Some stuff I wrote that might help if you're really going through it. A lot of it is helpful outside of being a TI too, just general mental resilience stuff, but the focus is primarily on this phenomenon. As always, grain of salt and all that. What is it - is it mental disorder or something external? On the outside, they look very similar, and personally I forgive anyone that mistakes one for the other as it is intended to be this way. For those that don't know better, the rational assumption is that it's just someone going schizo. But taking a closer look at the specifics unveils a mountain of inconsistencies, which this dives into and examines one by one. This is meant to help both TI's realize the reality of their situation and address it appropriately, *and* for those with schizophrenia that have mistaken their experience for that of being a TI and thus not getting the help they need. There's a lot of really unfortunate overlap. No matter what case you fall under, you deserve better. > https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jrHSuvCXnidYaKK203tA6w8lWxucpAThH2OudFFXrdQ/edit?usp=drive_link Overcoming the phenomena - A heap of useful anecdotes drawn from my journal notes over the last few years. Making this is what worked for me to regain sense of agency and control over my life despite the ongoing experiences. Patterns do emerge over time, and as an added bonus, the act of getting all that info out of your head and onto some paper / a doc helps a lot with mental health in general. > https://docs.google.com/document/d/1r__enhLkc77L-vO5jIxOSF_jlDwrqpX8iRc8-GZU670/edit?usp=drive_link Counting the Assumptions - This is at the core of how we can cut through all the narrativizing they do and figure out what the reality of a situation is in spite of the noise. > https://docs.google.com/document/d/1J6jzk7LmXtpJh2vdqDUCpM5wd0fUl6K3AAHgRGZg5Ns/edit?usp=sharing

>>41801690TI Gaslighting focus study: The goal of isolation and doubt - why they want you alone, unsure, and without a support network This dives into the methodology and reasons behind why they focus so much on getting you to self- isolate, whether by simulating conversations between people you know to make you distrust them or just by stress and overwhelm. > NOTE: Any TI's here that are thinking their friends, family, coworkers, even neighbors are somehow spying on them or working for the government or in any way are seeming to act shady, make sure you double-check your perceptions. Most people are well-meaning, no matter how much circumstantial evidence the voices peddle out to support the gestating mistrust of those closest to you. > https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pF9cIJHT4tZavZttI4wh2GuQck78GMIJD_DGhwL66P4/edit?usp=drive_link Deconstructing the victim narrative > https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hMwRBt-RMxdpCEnMkZnTFJQ4JPOqClgR/edit?usp=drive_link&ouid=114638189731589326561&rtpof=true&sd=true Exploring possible technologies behind the phenomenon. Little specifics are known, but several known physical phenomena such as remotely-delivered untracable audio and induced vibrations in objects are well understood. This explores what we think they are using to create this phenomenon. Proof is provided where it is possible, but the nature of the program is to be as ambiguous as possible to sow disorganization; after all, if we wait for manufacturer cut-sheets on the makes-your-bones-hurt 9000 before agreeing on anything, we'll never get anywhere. > https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jTg_CK-j1TMmWk25RoL7F8-UeHv0Lon_XkZHgfDSYK8/edit?usp=drive_linkLol I really should centralize this shit.
>>41801697Some spicier stuff: How to handle provoking the perpetrators safely and effectively: This is basically how I learned all that I know about this thing, besides corroborating it with other TI's experiences. It leads to a lot more "interaction" from them, but sometimes you can turn that into an advantage as you learn a lot more about their motives, what their tech can and can't do, and most importantly that they genuinely can't do shit to you. Not really. As a habitual linecrosser, the threats come constantly but not a single one has been made good on. > https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hSTooNno-LQ4NGtwu-SWTr6YbPFSS70SElHtkQXM0vc/edit?usp=drive_link Disrupting false narrativization > https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CODyVvrGF3d1d25kZdNUhE0E6sD8WWLTz07_nLM183A/edit?usp=drive_link Work by other authors:This thread goes into the motivations behind why they would do things in such a convoluted way and the overarching goals behind the program by framing it in a very easy to digest form> https://www.reddit.com/r/TargetedSolutions/comments/1iq6amn/the_4_ds_of_gang_stalking_psychological_warfare/
>>41801714Focused explorations of specific aspects of this:Focus study on the "thought insertion / injection" thing some of us experience. Many believe this is outright mind control and that's the end of it. Personally, I know a false narrative when I see one. This explores the real probability that the same effect is being caused through subliminal suggestion, subaudlble cues, and a *lot* of behavioral training over a long time to shape how you interpret events around you. This is a theory, and one that is hard to test at that, but it has helped me damn near constantly pick out when this is happening so I can stay true to myself, even while they try harder and harder.> https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dI8e52ZUpOUc16FAda2A4zgkSP7Uxqq8MafTVSzihjw/edit?usp=drive_link Focus study on a combination of effects that has been becoming more common as of late that has a high potential for severe lasting damage, so I thought it good to explore it in detail. > https://docs.google.com/document/d/1u1I96XAmo1B42srAMAE8QSW-4NyeXbrqPkUxjddn0C8/edit?usp=sharingFocus study on the use of tIming attacks to undermine self-narrative:https://docs.google.com/document/d/1KqYI_TiEb69yMW9EuUTuYmvkckb-y6VE73-ZfC4OcoY/edit?usp=drive_linkFocus study on the use of Synthetic Contrasts to create the conditions for pavlovian conditioninghttps://docs.google.com/document/d/1kt9z9E86gAIQ_AlhDN4Vi7dT8vuQ4e6MgWr1m2gRK88/edit?usp=drive_link
