Sounds like sleep paralysis. Shit sucks. It happens to me sometimes if I fall asleep sitting in a chair or lying on my back. I always know I’m asleep but since I’m paralyzed I still panic, even when I realize exactly what’s happening Sometimes I keep dreaming while semi-awake so i’ll see things in the room with me if i’m really unlucky. That’s usually fairly traumatic while it’s happening. Once I snap out of it though everything is instantly fine.

I randomly became lucid halfway through my afternoon nap yesterday. I could feel my body paralyzed while still being asleep and in the dream. Immediately I thought to myself, sweet, time for some sexy time with this bitch I am going to conjure up now that I am the master of the Dreaming
