At one point in your life, stitched into your memory there was a moment you willingly chose to utilize and be influenced by this world. All human beings are different, and your maturity cycle dictates how much information you had before taking the plunge, this is why you needed to revert back the mind of a child as they say. You need to think hard, there was a moment you chose to fill the blank, darkness in your mind, that void was empty. They say your cells change every 10 years with the EXCEPTION of neurons in the cerebral cortex, this is why you may often revisit dreams (sometimes unaware) from the past which triggers the memories associated under the same kettle of happiness, stress, anxiety, joy etc. during that time in your life. But you’ve decided to hijack this process for utility, the things you borrow from this world borrow your mind, if you can remember when it happened you may have a change. But that would mean you didn’t get swooped up in the whirlwind early, it’s binary in that way. Good luck
