Hey /x/ have you guys ever lived in a haunted apartment or house? Any sightings or spooky shit ever happen while you were around or maybe happened to someone else? My sister and I were discussing all the weird shit that happened to our family in our old apartment and the memories I started to remember from when we lived there. I'll post mine>be me 10 yo living in apartment in LA from mid to late 2000's>apartment located a big hill that looks directly towards the observatory >would always see shadow figures fly across from room to room>never really bothered by them but always saw them fly by and retreat into either a closet or the bathroom>my mom on the other hand had a much different experience there from me>mom would hear utensils being thrown from their cabinets late night, only to find nothing was ever touched, doorknobs shaking to her room, sleep paralysis>talking to my parents years later about experiences mom tells me there was a neighbor next door who worked as a cremations operator and would burn the bodies at a funeral home Might have this been a reason for all the unexplainable shit that occurred in that apartment, all the death and spirits that leaked into our unit? I got one more from my mom's experience that I posted before and its a bit funny to say the least if any of you wanna hear it. Overall apartment or house spooky encounters.

>>41818217i think i did>be me, 12 year old croat>move into grandfather's old apartment >basically a two story building built in the 19th century that used to be a nunnery >in commie times the yugoslav government confiscated it and turned it into worker accommodation>mom would tell me stories of nun ghosts living in the walls, a gyppo neighbour stalking her through her bedroom's window at night, a crazy neighbour on the upper floor that would randomly shoot his pistol from his balconyso anyways>move in>first few months everything is normal>in december start hearing strange noises>kinda like bells ringing outside my window>strange chatter and i guess television sounds coming from a storage room that was next to our apartment, i still cant explain it was a locked room that no one ever went intoyea thats pretty much it, not that paranormal but i still remember it years later, after 1 year we moved into my father's house and that was it
>ever lived in a haunted apartment or house?living in one right nowwe've had a poltergeist for 34 years that rode in on a haunted doll we bought, I'm the only one it really messes with, but one time it went after my piece of shit little sister and mom. It decided the downstairs was its territory and would make monster growling sounds and chill the air whenever they went down there.I went down and negotiated with the dumbfuck to stop causing problems for everyone. Things have been quiet since then but it's always looking for an excuse to mess with me again personally. If I wasn't a poor neet I'd have hired a wizard or someone to kill our poltergeist years ago cuz I don't have the skills myself.
>>41818217>>41823146Me too. Just bought a brand new 55 inch TV because our old samsung was on the fritz. Had it for a few months when one day, me and the wife was sitting on the couch with our kid just chatting when out of nowhere all three of us looked straight at the TV and watched as it slowly tipped forward and smashed onto the coffee table. No air moving, no pets nearby, no windows open. Just one second TV was there, the next it yeeted itself from the TV stand.
>>41823173I may have a few other occurances if anyone's interested
>>41823173>>41823186Fuck it, thread's slow so I'll post anyway. Maybe get some more people in here>Be me, 15>Me and some frens chilling playing PS2 in the living room of our house. Parents aren't home so it's just me and the bois>House is super old, built in early 1900's>Is late in the year so it's dark as fuck outside>Suddenly out of nowhere the entire house goes dark>TV and PS2 still on, rest of the house is dead>Grab a flashlight and go find the breaker box>Every breaker is tripped except for that specific plugin the TV and PS2 was on>Spooked for the rest of the nightShould add that there wasn't any adverse weather, it was actually a nice winter evening. Never did happen again

I have a poltergeist story of my own. Don't really believe in ghosts myself but it was creepy. It was only a month ago now, but I was working at this 100 year old building that's been a couple of different things. It was an army base of some kind in the 40s, then sometime in 80s it became a place for homeless mothers suffering from drug addiction/mental illness to rehabilitate and get better. There's a room there where it was the last time a mother would see her baby before forced to give it away in adaption, sad fucking place. It's rumored that a few women committed suicide over the years. My company bought the building in 2020 with plans to rennovate it but the funding ran out so it just sits empty until we can sell it. Still it requires people to check up on it, make sure systems are still working in case of fire and make sure nobody broke in and is living there, the usual for abandonded buildings.Anyways,>be down in the the basement when I start feeling a chill in the air.>start hearing a banging coming from another room, loud, like someone is hitting something metal.>go to investigate it, it's just an empty room with a old washing machine.>banging is coming from a pipe above the washer, I get closer to take a look and it stops.>think "oh it turned out to be nothing">see a metal panel on the floor, curiousity gets the best of me and I needed to see what was underneath.>as I'm bending over the lights go out and banging picked up again louder, almost as if it's pissed off.>light comes back on, but it's dimmer now.>BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG on the pipe right above me.>I start walking backwards out of fear.>The banging actually follows me out of the room on the pipe>I'm just standing there out of the room underneath this pipe and it sounds like someone is taking a metal bat to it.>Feel an intense chill, then I ran out of the basement.kinda lame, other people have more interesting ones but that's what happened to me.
>>41823146how did you negotiate with it?
