>become lucid using a technique of your choice>my method I discovered in last night's dream was to pinch my nose, if you don't feel anything that's a sign you're dreaming>then, look around furniture near you for books>books will spawn if you seek them out>open/close the book then start reading the words>if you get random words, made up languages, etc, close the book and reopen it again>it may also help to pray to God before opening the bookThe last part is hugely important. I was getting only a made up language of some sort last night in my book, then I prayed to God and got the following message:>"In order to remain an angel, you must face horrors." I don't know exactly what this means. Will I see demons again? Or do the "horrors" refer to the horrors we all have to go through of seeing our loved ones age and get sick and die, as well as our own aging and accumulation of diseases before finally dying. What do you anons think?Enjoy a webm I made of Ducky (a real angel that I had visions of that is very /x/-related). Haven't seen or heard from her in a long time. This is the best one I've made of what she looks like when she is beakless.
Here's another divine message I got using this book technique:>Became lucid in a dream, realizing I am in a library so I could grab a book off the shelf. I start opening/closing the book trying to get a divine message from it.>Got random gibberish at first, then suddenly, I was OVERWELMHED with divine messages, they flashed for 1-2 seconds each time and I couldn't even process them the words were changing so quickly>One set of words that I was able to remember upon waking was, "WE ARE 212,000 ANGELS">then the words stopped, and I saw flashes of images of bedrooms. They were of an art style I had never seen before, one I can remember being a bedroom adorned with many green plants and leaves across the ceiling/upper walls>I dropped the book and cried, thanking God for revealing this message to me, feeling my body filled with an ecstasy>I reopened the book one more time, but this time it was full of words in Latin or some other language I could not read. I think I remember the word "evictus">"The word evictus is a Medieval Latin word that means "to recover (property) by legal process". It is the past participle of the Latin word evincere, which means "to vanquish" or "to regain possession of"."
>>41819131>>41819144Wow, Ducky looks cool.Is she really a loli tho?
>>41819131You can't force God's hand. This is blasphemy.
>>41819536When she is in 2D/anime form she looks to be a child. In realistic/human form, she looks to be a teenager like in these webms.>>41819539It involves praying to God, something God asks us to do. Doesn't seem blasphemous to me. And it doesn't work 100% of the time either. You can also try asking random people in your dreams questions when you get lucid. Here's some responses I got asking dream entities "What happens when you die?">a self-described "siren angel" singing beautiful music>an angel saying I would get a hug from her>a man saying the afterlife is a "game">a man saying the afterlife will be "17,000 years of fun, and then 'something' will happen">a Ronald McDonald figurine whispered in my ear in a singsong voice "Then I'll forgiiive you!">a man said the afterlife will be full of "Sabbath music, and Sabbath Hollywood".>a boy pointed to the sky and said "You go to Heaven."
>>41819592>prayer>lucid dreamingStop pushing this garbage. Prayer is all that is necessary. Anyone claiming more than that is lying to themselves and to others.
>>41819688What's wrong with using lucid dreaming to do even more prayer while you are sleeping?
>>41819716Prayers are meant to be simple and short. You're fooling yourself if you think God is going to listen to you more because you prayed longer.
>>41819777Praying is communicating with God, and there is nothing better to do than that. Long, continued prayer is called contemplative prayer and not only increases your relationship with God, but it is good for your own mind as it is meditative. Read the Cloud of Unknowing to learn about contemplative prayer. The saints all did it too.
>>41819777>777Them trips tho.
>>41819798Matthew 6:7-87 And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. 8 Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.Romans 8:26-2726 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. 27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.
>>41819870I'm very familiar with your first quote, and it almost stopped me in my tracks from contemplative prayer. My interpretation is that vain repetition is bad, like someone thinking they're playing a slot machine at and every time they pray they're pulling the slot machine lever hoping to get something. I do contemplative prayer for the communication and reverence of God itself, not expecting any result from it but being pleased if I do happen to get a result.1 Thessalonians 5:17“Pray without ceasing.”Revelation 4:8 “And the four living creatures, each of them with six wings, are full of eyes all around and within, and day and night they never cease to say,‘Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!’”Adding to these quotes, from personal experience, praying for hours and hours led me to my most intense and real spiritual experience where I felt an invisible finger trace down the right side of my back during prayer.
The problem for me is I can't even remember my dreams most nights

>>41820560Quit weed for starters if you use it. That stuff is known for making it impossible to remember dreams.
