Eventually, and for me it was about a year later, you ask yourself for the 10,000th time how anyone could possibly devote this much time and resources towards a nobody like me. The scripts and scenarios are so repetitive that you realize something is off. You set up trail cams pointed at your roof and despite hearing people on your roof all night you check the footage and nobody is there. You realize that this stuff reacts to your thoughts so instantaneously that a human couldn't even do it if it wanted to. It's then you start to realize all the voices are AI, that this thing can plant thoughts and make you think they are your own, that it's all automated and some military intelligence operation using classified tech. You'll eventually overcome your delusions especially if you're being bombarded with round the clock v2k. I imagine with exclusively subconscious manipulation and no overt tactics that it's much more difficult and takes longer to figure out.

The internet has allowed people with your condition to share their delusions which reinforces their beliefs and makes it worse.
