I'm having a troubling time after having a mostly good year to date, I am resisting the negativity that I have been dealt with and confronting it, which went fine for a while but I think that the stronger I resist the stronger it will resist, amd boy is it resisting today, I think i may be dissociating hard which I haven't done in years, it wants me to lose hard and go back to being hopeless but I'm not giving up, its taking ever fiber of my being to write this as I just want to lay there and do nothing. this time I want to come out of this with some kind of revelation of sorts.
