That homeless mentally unstable man was very well known in the village, so it's extremely unlikely that they would have made such a mistake.There was also a claim that the two aliens seen in the hospital, were couple of midgets that people mistook for ayys.Sounds like there's a lot of weird mistaken identities happening during that particular day.Basically all of these official explanations trying to debunk the aliens are total bullshit and very easy to debunk.
