Several nights ago, I had dreams where grey aliens kept showing up. They were relatively normal dreams about mundane things, except out of nowhere someone or something in the dream would morph into a grey and start screeching and howling and antagonizing me. In one of the dreams, I was lucid enough to force myself to stay asleep because I wanted to see what would happen if the dream kept going after the grey showed up. I don't remember much of anything that happened after the dream continued, then I got jolted awake with my heart racing. I went back to sleep and yet again a grey showed up in my dream screeching and howling and I got jolted awake. I didn't even try to go back to sleep that night, and I haven't had anything like that happen in the nights since, but I can't stop thinking about those dreams. It genuinely felt like I was being psychically attacked by something, the greys felt like they were externally encroaching on my dreams rather than something I dreamed up naturally.
