Ever since I was afflicted by COVID-19 in 2020, I have felt half-empty, dissociated, and have lost my ability to imagine and lucid dream. I believe that COVID-19 was created by either the FCC to limit the brain's emissions in the spiritual realm to sever us from whatever cosmic powers lie in there, or it is the powers of the spiritual realm itself abandoning us due to some great transgression, the disease only being a sign of withdrawal.

Take Vitamin D and vitamin C. Current guidelines for vitamin D are absurdly low at 600 IU a day. I had blood tests that showed I was deficient in vitamin D, not like super deficient, just normally low for someone living this far north and they prescribed me 10,000 IUs daily. I had a friend who was a bit worse, still not anything crazy and he got prescribed 60,000 IUs.
Take at least several thousand IUs of vit D a day and see how you feel. Even 10,000 would be fine but it is technically possible to take too much.

Also vitamin C, it's impossible to take too much vitamin C and your immune system runs on it and if you don't get vitamin C during the day then your immune system basically doesn't work that day. You must take vitamin C daily to ensure your immune system stays working everyday
