Nietzsche's philosophy doesn't actually have much to do with magic by itself.
But all attempts to co-opt it into occultism have been left-hand path (as far as I know, or idk, it depends) so I guess you could say so. In so far as the actual philosophy, though, I think it wouñd unironically strive to create a middle path in magic. If it even deems magic worth bothering with.
