It is the place where you feel the most comfortable with but it would be a general lack of vision on your part to stay, maybe the money situation is not going great, or it hust doesnt feel right anymore, wathever the reason is for you to step out seems to be a really good reason to go from what i can see here

Finding an appartment is going to be costly and you might have a hard time getting it, maybe the rent market is a bit crouded but i think you will get help on this one either someone pointing you somewhere or someone giving you a hand with money so this is a solid option, look around untill you find the right one that works for you, sub renting rooms might be a way to make it work too.
