I'll bite. I don't like how human-centric Catholic worship is. From the multitude of "saints" (that are totally "venerated" and not outright "worshiped" trust me bro) that puts the Greek pantheon to shame, to literally praying to Mary herself (still just "venerating" and not "worshiping", of course....), to treating the Pope like he's got a direct earpiece to God, to having to confess your sins to a priest (i.e. "just some guy") in order to receive absolution from God... Best case scenario, it's bureaucratic middle-management gone awry, just this time in a religious setting. Worst case scenario, it's blasphemous heretical worship of man and man-made institutions. Pure idolatry.I'll keep my worship, prayer, and spiritual matters between myself, my heart, and God, thank you. No need for priests, cardinals, bishops, or any other literal-whos from Italy to be involved in my spiritual matters.
