What are weird things that happened to you during sleep paralysis?

Usually what happens is I wake up, and my body is immobilized.
I try not to move because I notice that things will come to you in the dark, beings, and move your body.
>"beings"
My favorite are the female spirits that "ride", it's like someone plops your penis inside them and you have sex with them.(I want to see if I can father a hybrid)
Sometimes you do have a homosexual encounter, but you can shake off the paralysis before it goes anywhere.
I have even run into alien monsters as smart as dogs; goblins (like the size of the monster sitting on the girls chest), and giants. I've been attacked by said monsters and it is a painful ordeal (I feel the pain).

My theory is that people shift neurologically into a virtual space occupied with monsters and humanoids. Cause the somatic "body" can be interacted with by them, and on one occasion half my bed lifted up. They are not hallucinations along the lines of images or impressions, but physical beings that can be ambivalent

The best so far is making out with the night hag in my sleep paralysis, and she asked me for my name. Most ominous one was the spiked tongue alien that licked my neck after I tried kissing it and it kissed me back with it's tiny mouth.

I used to wake up pissing in my closet from time to time. Had night terrors about spiders once when I was like 6 years old, wouldn't recommend it. And my dumbass mom thought it was a bright idea to make me take a bath for some odd reason when it happened, which was equally traumatizing.

only once did it happen to me and i was semi serious about it kept a dream log had the waking checks and every night attempting WILD... after my first and only wake up during paralysis the pure terror of having some kind of pressure sucking some type of energy and looking through your memories was traumatizing enough for me to simply abort all further attempts...

I haven't had true sleep paralysis in like 20 years, but something else started happening where I wake up from dreams very dizzy and with a loud ringing in my ears. And it feels like my head is "open" not sure how to describe it.
The longer I'm awake, the slowly my head stops feeling "open" and the ringing slowly goes away. When it goes away I can't remember the dream so well anymore.
