Im sure frieza is the devil in DBZ, he is the most evil & most conniving but the anime puts him as just a tyrant.Every single time Goku gave him the ultimatum and a chance to give up, freiza used it as an opportunity to kill or hurt someone, he never gave up his evil ways.I think goku making a deal with him in dragon ball super is like goku making a deal with the devil.
