What's scarier? Nighttime suddenly turning into daylight or daylight suddenly turning into night?

>>41992422Based question. Light turning into darkness will always be scarier than the reverse.
Daytime at night is way worse. Nighttime at day is probably a very bad storm or tornado, can seek shelter. But daytime light at night for a sustained period not a flash is probably the end of the world or civilization.
>>41992916Why is this a thing? I just want to focus and self improve on my own
>>41992422night turning into day.day turning into night we know, that's called an eclipse.night turning into day, then something's realy off.
>>41992422I think night turning to day, we know that the day can turn to night, eclipses happen so that would be my first assumption but night turning to day signals something is extremely wrong.

not scary at allthose things would probably mean the end of the world, and I'd be excitedfreedom at last
>>41992422Day to night is scarier because it removes orientation in an instant. Yet night to day carries the deeper archetype of judgment.Darkness triggers uncertainty and loss of control. Sudden light triggers vulnerability and scrutiny.Night turning into day is an inversion of rest into exposure. The body expects darkness, melatonin rises, breath slows. When light erupts without dawn, the circadian contract is broken. Psychologically this would feel like surveillance. The hidden becomes visible before it consents. Day turning into night is a severing, cortisol is active, eyes are open, tasks are mid-motion. When darkness falls without sunset, orientation collapses, spatial memory fails, predators belong to night. The nervous system reads threat. Sudden darkness increases accident risk and primal fear. Sudden light increases startle and exposure stress.
>>41994195This is correct. Purges and riots are always worse at night.
>>41992422Depends on how it happens. Dark because clouds or light because lightning? Potentially dangerous, but normal. Darkness in a cloudless sky or light with an unknown second sun? We have problems.
>>41992422I could care less if the sun turned offIt's frightening if it's bright at night
