Well listen the fear is not about a lack of skill, perceived or realiced, or a lack of drive, spark or passion it is simply a matter of self-steem and how you perceive yourself not as someone capable but as someone of weakness. And erroneous assessment because i am seeing the opposite here.

Well straigh away, mental systems that keep you tied down where you are, either a toxic way of thinking of yourself as if i can't then why even try or even outright addictions, be it videogames, vhronic procrastination or you name it, but there are behaviours, patterns and habbits that you have developed that just keep you anchored down where you are. Past experiences have also left you weary, perhaps heartbreaks, or failures, it all created this mental defensive circle that keeps away the adventure you crave because your subconcious is telling you that failure is imminent and you need to be careful, if you can logically disociate yourself from this frame of mind things will flow eadier for you. Then you have decepcion, avoidance and self sabotage you literaly work against yourself to keep up these systems, to effectively move forwards you need to be brutally sincere with yourself and actually work against this pattern to allow yourself to move forwards.

And finally , i think you are already aware of all these things to an extent, i know you are trying to move forwards, you are trying to put all this emotional weight down, but you dont know how, but the fact that you are aware of it is a major win for you, you have already done the hard part of accepting that there is something in you that is not working and you want to change it. Well here i think we have identified a good set of things which are holding you back and making you fear moving forwards.
It is internal work, it is not easy to start, to be honest to actually self realise where this things are triggering but once you do, again, you get the ball rolling and you build momentum like mad.
