We the homeless at the time watched the early days of it circa 2010-2014.

Before that era every states had places, public land, spots near cities where people would camp out and live.

They started using BLM workers, veterans cemetery workers, park rangers and cops to track the homeless or off grid people with what was then Obama phones.

They then started cutting up tents, writing tickets, regulating campers and rv’s, so you couldn’t park them anywhere, no campfires, etc.
