Meditation helps. Reduces inflammation and stress levels.Being overly stressed all the time is bad for immune system. I do not consider it to be magic or paranormal. I choose not to attempt remote viewing as I think it is a violation of privacy.
The human body is a mystery, people try to act like its easy to understand. they can point to the smallest of cells, to try and rationalize why everything happens for a reason. there is an answer to everything. but at the same time, no there isnt. its still just as weird as its ever been.the human incarnation is a special incarnation. you see a dog, its only good at being a dog. it wags its tail, barks. the cat meows, the cat scratches. but you see the cat will never do its taxes. the dog will never change oil on the car. but us humans have a special life. we have a special incarnation. were suppose to be humans. but were clearly far greater of an incarnation than the other living things around us. and why have we these bodies and this conscious that's so much more intelligent than other living things. well.....its a mystery. probably something to do with being created, in the likeness of the creator.

>>42090685thats because there is multiple ways to meditate. the ulitmate goal with meditation is to quiet your mind. and sit there relaxed and just present in the moment. there are a couple ways to do that. sometimes your mind is very active. you keep thinking about lunch. or what you are doing next week or something. so there is mantra. mantra is repetative one line prayers you say over and over again. this is to overload your brain to a single point. there is also pranayama (breathwork techniques). this is done to relax the body. when you are calm and centered you are doing what you are suppose to. laying on the back is sometimes acceptable. but you should be doing it seated because you should be activly doing it. laying down is acceptable for guided meditations where someone else is doing the thinking for you and you go along for the ride.you can help with visualization when you calm down your mind. i know i said earlier that the point of meditation is not to think. but a good place to visualize is when you completely empty your mind in the first place. but to me, meditation can be so much more than even this. you just have to start learning, then when you get some stuff down you can get to the next level and go deeper into your meditations.

I once tried to meditate before sleep. I tried to focus on a light and I saw something and it was getting more intense. But then I felt my whole body tingling. As if someone was stroking me with hands/fingers inside my body, everywhere. Never felt something like that before. Was I getting anywhere close to even starting?

Did you get "tested" first though?I was spiritually attacked for a good while about a year or two. Terrible intrusive thoughts and extremely low mental state. Then it just went away. Now , I can manifest things fairly quickly and remote view , have dreams of the future etc. Has anyone else experienced this?
