Trance Induced Meditation
>Sit for more than 6-8 hours
>Breath exercise
>Start seeing phantoms and past demonic things
>Start to almost freak out and lose breathe
>Push longer
>Melt into the planet and spirit realm
>Trip the fuck out with eyes rolling into your skull
>Come out calmer
>People around you seem detached and paranoid about little shit

Newbies or guys who didn't meditate in previous lives need many hours of sitting before they can achieve meditative states faster.

Or just take psychedelics.

Weed is a cheat code for meditation. But try not to rely on it. I remember Duncan Trussel talking about it as well on some podcast I believe at some point. Mantras, gateway tapes, etc work faster. Just don't overuse it. Make sure your vessel is clear and in a good mindset.

When you get good at meditation weed is even better and you start experiencing things. Try smoking and meditating for 20 minutes at a time. You want to be very relaxed and feels sensations caused by your awareness
