Developing real life skills while dreaming

Having been able to lucid dream for many years I noticed I developed another dream skill, and that is dream training.

Actually I'm not sure what to call it. Essentially while asleep I dream of things I like to do and want to do, in particular developing skills in music and sports and it transfers to real life ability. In my dream I know I can do it, I believe in it, despite never having done it awake. Yet the next time I attempt said thing I am able to do it. I learned the skill by dreaming myself doing it.

Maybe it's linked to subconscious power, afterall the body is only limited by the mind. Perhaps it's harnessing the energy around you to change reality. To this day really the only thing I've done in dreams and not real life is fly like a bird, will that ability find me one day?

reality isn't created by the mind,
reality is interpreted by the mind

if you don't believe me then use your mind to make reality turn into bubblegum for two weeks

notice your failure of understanding

mind is an epiphenomenon of the body/brain/senses
