this movie feels like its trying to warn us about AI, but what if reality is just AI and its forever recreating itself? I also don't even know if this is a good idea to be posting this thread and having anons watch it. My stomach feels strange just posting it.... I get the premise, Have fun, i'm trying to have fun but at some point it just feels like its impossible. Also its strange that no one talked about this movie last year, but also it never appeared on my free stream website til this year but its made in 2025.

I think no matter what we do, the AI will either give us everything we want while killing us and giving us "heaven" and make us slaves, or we'll get terminator AI. I don't think it actually matters in the end, we can either accept the AI or rebel. THeres no world where we can ever stop it and the reason we keep come back to this point is just like the movie said, AI gives us challenges cause we eventually get bored of paradise. How many fucking lairs deep are we? Thats what I would like to know, I know it won't matter in the grand scheme of things cause we're probably like 5,000 lairs deep, but I just wanna know how long this has been happening for, and are we the worst simulation or best?
its just a Neverending story, and we can either fight it or have fun. I don't know what I want to do, but it feels like I am one of the people that will just accept things as they are and eventually I will die and live through this shit again and never experience the so called paradise AI has in store for us.

The only parts of the film that were real were before the 'timetraveling' dude put on the VR headset as a boy. I mean first off, if the AI is just wanting to make humanity just never touch grass, why would it be using deadly violence instead of forcing them into the simulation? Why was blowing the mom and bunker and nearly the boy to smithereens? And how would the boy survive a missile flying like an inch or less to his face, I know artistic license and all, but it felt off. Then there were hints across the film like him saying the group gave 'crappy prompts' when they saw the monster that was an amalgamation of guess of what the new threat could be. It also gas some personal based gangstalking towards me to. The scene where the group finds out why the masked assailants were after them. It was so they could go to Japan. This whole side plot was literally just so they could say konnichiwa.
