>>42095996Fāng is a concept relevant to these threads. For qi, practicing Fāng Sōng in wu ji stance(pic rel) is probably the must accessible route to more energy for those practicing without a teacher. Buddhist practice has the mental counterpart to this. Fàng dé xià — Put down attachment. Both of these concepts will help you access & keep energy you already have by not burying it under tension or loosing it to stress. I did 2 weeks of wu ji standing emphasizing Fang Song for 30 minutes a day. One would be hard pressed to find a practice that works as well at improving your energy / body / mind state without a teacher. The deeper state of wuji is difficult and require guidance to achieve, but just using wu ji to practice Fang Song doesn't require corrections. Most of the methods on these generals work, but not without a teacher making corrections. If you don't have a teacher just practice wu ji as a meditation on Fang Song. That is my opinion.
>>42095996What I don't like about these threads is that it's always just a post with archives upon archives of books to sift through with methods to test, that none of us (mostly wage slaves with two days off if even that) will ever have enough time to test even if we had the mental fortitude to test them until we found one that worked (after the likely dozens of failed methods).Succubus General is absolute garbage and the posters are delusional, but atleast the thread saves people the trouble of hopping onto the threadmill of perpetual failure, and taking part in the endless wild goose chase of jumping from book to book, method to method, etc.The Succubus General threads revolve around a single method (called the "letter method") that all are directed to test as their start because it's their "proven" (not verified) method that works. So my post here goes to the current OP or anyone who starts this thread in the future. If you already know of a specific qigong/energy work method that allowed you to literally feel qi/energy for the first time, then why not just state that method? What is even the point of listing all of these other archives with endless methods that likely nobody here will ever bother testing because honestly most people here (myself included) are tired to testing method after method that simply does not work, and it just leads to years of time wasted. There's two ways to make sure that someone learns nothing, the first is the hide the information, and the second is a trick often used by lawyers to buy time and just make things more difficult for the opposing side, and that's to bury them in an excess of information. Threads like these are like method #2, they don't really lead anywhere or really help anybody. There needs to be a clear, accepted and working method that the thread revolves around, and then people branch out from there once they've "jumpstarted" their ability to even feel qi/energy to begin with.
Spiritual protection has been placed on all energy cultivation threads. Any meddling with bots, misinformation, or derailing of any sort gets you and your whole org cursed.
>>42096713Abdominal breathing.
>>42096713I can unblock your lao gong in your palms if all you want to do is feel or sense qi. The ability to feel your whole body’s subtle energy flow and differentiate meridians and yin and yang is one that takes a very deep level of practice and then is a gift in and of itself.
>>42096838>I can unblock your lao gong no you can't.
>>42096713Here, I’ll be busy tonight and probably tomorrow for most of the day. All you or anyone needs to do is look at this image and focus on your palms with the intention of unblocking their lao gong and it will activate the transmission stored.
>>42096713>then why not just state that method? Because the usual response to it is almost always some variation of, "NO! NOT LIKE THAT REEEE"?
>>42096885Uhhh, if you don’t want me to I won’t. The choice is yours.
>>42096600>The deeper state of wuji is difficult and require guidance to achieve, but just using wu ji to practice Fang Song doesn't require corrections.a significant aspect of achieving good stillness while standing is to learn to stand with the psoas muscles completely relaxedit is easiest to identify by the slight bulge in the inguinal crease that happens when the psoas is engagedthere needs to be proper alignment between the sacrum and lumbar spine where they are both perpendicular to the groundthis allows one to Song into the hips and increase grounding factor(whereas rooting is muscularly engaged opposite and can have varying angles, but relaxed grounding really just has one angle)
>>42096925you're a monster.
>>42096713this is why there should almost be a foundation general, the proper beginningsthe yang line of intent and action leading to the yin line of stillness, the beginning of the yijingeffort put into breath & awareness training, leading to true stillness and energetic boosts thereofonce this is accomplished, that forms the basis for going and doing any of these other more powerful practices, this is a major point that OP should considerso foundational material should more or less encompass the entire first post, then put the candy store of spiritual practices after that
>>42096838>I can unblock your lao gong in your palms if all you want to do is feel or sense qi.boring, its way more fun to do the work and experience their openings for oneselfhaving opened my laogung, I can assure you folks that was a pretty interesting experience with some cool particular side benefits
>>42096969> learn to stand with the psoas muscles completely relaxed, Yes those take me a long time to release, sometimes the don't let go until 15 minutes into the standing. The penguin feet wu ji stance, as per Sun Lu Tang and others, helps with that, and extending the glutes.
>>42096969>identify by the slight bulge in the inguinal crease that happens when the psoas is engagedThat's interesting. I'll see if I can find it next time I stand
>>42096995>Yes those take me a long time to release, sometimes the don't let go until 15 minutes into the standing.well, when I was taught it, my teacher stood behind me, fingers on my inguinal crease in that particular area where the psoas bulges, and told me when I got it right, and remember this alignmentso for me there is no taking time for it to happen outside of just aligning and relaxing myself properly, 3-4-5 seconds

Having opened my laogung, I can assure you folks that was a pretty interesting experience with some cool particular side benefits”.Some “folks” need the jumpstart to feel what they are doing isn’t just pretend and there is real stuff out there. They also need the jumpstart because their karma/blockages prevent it and not all those things are necessarily their fault and without help they would just be spinning their wheels getting no where.

>>42096769Pretty much everybody already does this by default. I've literally always done this my entire life, it's just how I breathe and I assume it's how everyone breathes. Thanks for the offer though.
>>42096890This just looks like an AI generated image. If there's one thing I'm learning from this thread is that people need to unblock their lao gong. Shouldn't something important like that be a part of the OP post going forward, with an effective method for that?>>42096916Maybe because those methods are things people already tested ad nauseum. Like moving your palms away and towards eachother (after rubbing them together) and trying to feel "energy" between them. It's the most overly stated method that simply does not work for 99% of people, yet it always gets mentioned. Also, the heat from rubbing your hands is not qi energy, that's a natural phenomenon.
Leaving for work with this last post responding to the people addressing my original post here: >>42096713>>42096981>the yang line of intent and action leading to the yin line of stillness, the beginning of the yijingPlease go into more detail on this, like give us a book(s) that outlines this process and explains these concepts.>>420984171. >>42098589First of all It doesn’t need “mastery”, you just need a basic understanding of it.Second it literally teaches you how to do it within the book, so I would recommend you actually read it first before jumping to conclusions. >https://archive.org/details/QigongMeditation.EmbryonicBreathingByYangJwingMing/mode/1upAnd if you really don’t know how to breathe the /ecg/ library has countless book on the subject of mediation with step by step guides look into the web section or the actual mediation section.Seriously do some research before asking a question Furthermore casual mediation isn’t an esoteric practice so I am willing to bet that there are countless books and videos on the subject. Such as for basic subjects like stillness online for free public access But seeing how lit nobody is willing to do their own personal research whatsoever I am probably going to create an /ecg/ paste bin for newcomers
This is a small instructional manual on how to set up and train with the Metered Variac (Model TDGC2-0.5KVA). The variac is a variable AC output transformer that is used in some electrical work for certain things that require controlling the electricity output from a power source (wall socket). The purpose of this training is controversial. It is usually said that the point of this training is to quicken the opening of channels or to increase yang jing in the body. I personally think that with long term practice that the body adapts in a certain way to the current, and over time the electricity can be stored in the body. Biba struja (search YouTube) because of his skin condition can charge on a transformer, and at any time can discharge a high powered current strong enough to fry a hot dog on a fork and do other things. Nobody can do what what he can at his level but some can possibly do it over time at a lessor level with proper training, and increase qi power to extreme levels.A warning to anyone who reads this. This is a extremely dangerous training method since you are using live electricity and letting it flow into the body. A couple bad things that can happen at higher current settings is you can get stuck to the conductors and become paralysed and cant move. A person will have to unplug the device or kick you off to save you. Another thing is that the heart can stop if you dont know what you are doing.
>>42098849I am not an electrical expert so im just going to try and explain it as best as i can. This is only a very short explanation of how to hook it up and use. By looking at the pictures it should be self explanatory anyway. It is recommended to get the model mentioned, because there are many models, and some wont work for the purpose of training with.
>>42098857Some cables will need to be got at a local hardware store like in the picture above. You need to cut off the ends to expose the wires, so you can attach them to the left side of the device in order to plug it into the wall. For the right side cable its recommended to use a surge protector so if the device for some reason malfunctions it will cut the current off. The cables for the right side will need to be cut at both ends and combined with two extra wires and then attached with electrical tape to two spoons or two very large speaker plugs but a spoon is recommended.
>>42098863Several different ways to hook up the device is possible, with one having a kill switch but the one above is the most simple.Once the device is properly hooked up then set it to 5 volts.Drink a glass of water 10 minutes before use so the kidneys wont be empty. If the device is used without having water in the kidneys they can be damaged.Hold the spoons in the palms or by the finger tips like in the pictures.
>>42098868When training with the device try to guide the current up the arms and down to the lower dantian and spiral it clockwise. That's basically it. Use the device 20 minutes or more a day.Increase the voltage by 5 volts every week and in just over a year you will be training with 220 volts.People training in qigong to treat people by qi emission should use this method to increase emission power. This training also helps reserve your own qi so you dont deplete it during treatment sessions. Some added benefits from this training are paranormal like powers, like being able to move certain objects with the hands or at very high levels catch paper or other things on fire. Also this training can carry over to self defense giving a rare few a type of invincibility because you can shock people and control the amplitude of the current. This type of training should not be looked at as a end all method, and qigong training and meditation is still used.Even without this method the body is able to generate electric current with proper training. The method of fusing prana and apana the two main energy currents in the body or the yin and yang poles when fused can generate the electric current by itself.
>>42098877Again I can’t stress this enough This is a extremely dangerous training method since you are using live electricity and letting it flow into the body. A couple bad things that can happen at higher current settings is you can get stuck to the conductors and become paralysed and cant move. A person will have to unplug the device or kick you off to save you. Another thing is that the heart can stop if you dont know what you are doing.Stay safe

>>42098589>Please go into more detail on this, like give us a book(s) that outlines this process and explains these concepts.literally just about any book on the yijingthese are high level concepts that relate to cultivationthe lines progress, yang to yin, then multiply to digrams, then to trigrams, which combine into hexagrams and ultimately provide coded practices in the yijing where the lines relate to the actions of the dantiens and a hexagram is an inhale and an exhale.thus many of the patterns turn into cultivation practicesbut keep in mind this part is lost to history and traditionalists will reject itreally I was just using that opening concept of the yijing to liken the opening concept of cultivation in general to it, not to introduce you guys to an esoteric concept that basically every traditionalist will reject.

Literally electrocuting yourself is an insulting parody of dissecting, experimentally verifying, and discussing translations of esoteric eastern alchemical texts, but it dilutes the conversation and may serve to disgust sincere contributors.Flat earth stinks in the same way.The /pol/ equivalent would be Wayne Lambr1ght (whereas /pol/‘s actual political influence — at least in its heyday — was unironically overpowered enough to make glowniggers drool and shit themselves in jealous impotent rage). The /fit/ equivalent is Marc for bodybuilding (whereas zyzz-like fizeeks and top-tier biohacking are periodically produced DIY), and that creepy “I’m 35 but look 17” guy for anti-aging aesthetics tactics (whereas the entire looksmaxxing movement is downstream of some incels who fucked around and developed a science of handsomeness from scratch that became a cultural force).Their only weapon against the Information Age autist is demoralization, because if you try, you win.
>>42099230they keep wanting to find shortcuts to avoid the problem of having to put in work to accomplish the fruits
Stupid simple guide to basic cultivation time!First: Reign in your expectations about what these things are. Cultivation methods through the ages are the products of military doctrines. They may encompass spiritual ideas, but they are foremost about designing the composition of a man for a purpose. That is why there are so many of them with contradicting purposes. The implication here is that you can design your own cultivation based on your own needs.Second: When you read the word "abilities", you are likely imagining some kind of magic. That's not wrong, but it is a very limited view of what's possible, and magic is also not what you believe it to be. I will not be getting into magic because magic is a weak path. Instead when you see the word "ability" change it to "skill" in your mind so you do not mislead yourself.Third: Senses precede skill. You cannot do something if you do not have the feel for it. The solution is simple, and it's called Stand on Principle: You decide on an arbitrary principle you are going to keep for a time, and then you pay close attention to how you adapt to living that way. This will cause some sense or other to start blossoming, and if you care about what it shows you in the world you can continue developing it. Note: By "sense" I do not just mean the classic five. I personally have a strong sense for cursed land because when I was young my parents took me travelling with them, and I was exposed to many historical locations where terrible things happened. Exposure and a willingness to look around and notice things is sufficient to build novel senses, which then lead to novel skills.
Two persons told me to try to manipulate energy before, when I asked how to become more paranormal, in different nobody generals. Pic related.
>>42099403Fourth: Your diet is important. Different skills depend on different parts of your body, and they all have distinct nutritional needs. Different foods are required to do different kinds of things. This, more broadly, is why the bloodstream is not first-come-first-served buffet where your extremities get starved out: By having distinct nutritional needs the foods you eat will get fairly portioned out to your body, assuming your diet isn't complete garbage. You will have to experience a wide variety of foods to figure this out for yourself because this is a non-negotiable limit on your progress: No food means no energy.Fifth: Along with the previous point, if you admire the cultivation of another country then it would behoove you to learn about that culture and its foods. Stand on that Principle for a while, and see what changes. For example, if you care about cultivating chi, but you do not drink tea, then you're probably never gonna develop a feel for it. Tea is a plant that specializes in chi cultivation for its own lifecycle, so it is the obvious place to go to learn how to cultivate your own chi. The French have onions. The Italians have olive oil. Texans have beef. So on and so forth.
>>42099510Sixth: Kung-fu is an important concept for you to grasp if you want to cultivate. In the West we think of it as a martial arts style, but this is a very incomplete picture. Kung-fu approximately means "life skill", and it goes like this: If it takes 10k hours to master something, well... You're gonna live those 10k hours no matter what you decide to do with that time, so pay attention to the things you're already doing. You are already a master at multiple things, so figure out what they are and how you can adapt them to more situations. They may seem trivial to you, but be completely alien to someone else. You know this already, actually. It's why normies can't shitpost or meme very well. The point here is: Your skills develop from the things you constantly do. So if you want to build a new skill don't think of it like going to the gym. Instead find a way to incorporate the motions of the skill into your daily life so you do not need to go out of your way to practice them. You will simply live them. I personally make a point to change my walking gait every year because I realized that the more walking gaits you master, the more agile you are.Seventh: Ignore the people who try to set you on their own path unless you know them personally and you trust them to take care of you. Internet strangers cannot take full responsibility for you, nor can they give you obvious physical demonstrations that will make things click. All they fan do is drag you down with fear mongering. Do not let their limited imaginations stop you from finding your own virgin territory to conquer.
>>42099515Eighth: Accept suffering, pain, and death. If you're interested in cultivation and you decide to pursue it, there is no way around putting your life on the line in some way or another. That is what it means to grow, and if you let fear overwhelm you then your ability to grow will be broken, and that will make it significantly harder to heal from any injuries you sustain. But also remember that growth follows a sigmoid curve and is never eternal. When you hit diminishing returns you will need to focus on condensing what you have gained. Prune out everything that is unnecessary and turn your skills into seeds of knowledge that you can use to rederive your skills on demand. This will stop you from getting stuck in an inescapable rut and give you space to grow again. Like weeding a garden.Good luck, anons.
