I'm thinking of starting on trying to summon a demon, sell my soul to satan, blaspheme the holy spirit, etc. I don't really want to do anything that requires me to buy a bunch of bullshit like chalk or to use my own blood or the blood of animals or whatever. I'm thinking I'll start by chanting 'hail satan' at night while blindfolded and wearing ear muffs or something and trying to get satan to speak to me while cursing the holy spirit and doing prostrations. I know there are plenty of people who channel 'succubuses' and 'tulpas' but those seem more like practicing your imagination than actually summoning an entity. I don't really have any desire for power or whatever nor do I believe in demons, I just want to see if it will actually work. I'm also interested in experimenting with fear on myself and trying to terrify myself as much as possible. I think I'll do it like a science experiment and take detailed notes on what I experience.

Story from my youth, such a long time ago I can’t remember, I lived at this time in a monastery in a non first world country. Got super into summoning up a deal with a abrahamic* demon. Keep in mind monastery beliefs were non Abrahamic, but I didn’t care seemed interesting to me. Draw up a random sigil in the back of my text book, take some of my blood and make a pact for some stupidity shit can’t remember what for, nothing ever really happened desu that I can remember anyways. Few years or months later can’t remember I’m in my bad boy phase and I stumble upon this astral projection YouTube video fall asleep listening to it. Still get goosebumps typing this out now almost at 30. Weird shit started happening after sleep paralysis, nightmares that felt to real seeing something at the end of my bed, thinking something was there when it wasn’t, feeling something akin to primal fear in my body goosebumps hair standing on end randomly. Worst part I remember during this weird time was I would sneak out of the monastery and walk back at like 3-4am in the morning. The walk back home is about a mile or one long winding road in a jungle led streetlamps every 100 feet or so. For a few times I have had creeped out feelings walking back late but nothing more than just being creeped out by the dark jungle woods. This time different, heard something large running through the bush above me freaks me out keep walking, then about halfway back to monastery. I freeze primal fear, like I’m dead I’m going to die, getting goosebumps typing this, my whole body is frozen I cannot move I remember it vividly I’m frozen in pure fear, my only thought is there is something right behind me if I move I die if I look back I die I was paralyzed in pure terror all I could do was pray to a deity from the monastery at the time and forced myself to walk home after being frozen in place for like 10 minutes. Got home and laid in bed after that stopped fucking with occult shit desu.

Trying to go the route you're saying is just asking for mental illness rather than anything effective. Even if not going all out on the ritual, should at least use Solomonic magic for them with the invocations, procedures and sigils, and just have maybe a basic candle or something since you don't want to go all-in or make deals or anything. A lot of implements and steps are stand-in's for magical procedure or replaceable anyways, though having the physical components can help. Shouldn't be surprising if you don't try to do things more properly that you don't get any more proper results.
