Did anyone ever tried to the gateway process to reach deep focus (12) to change their reality? I usually don't believe in magic bs but the things inside the document make sense outside of a few things.

No idea what you mean but the document says that you can change reality based on the fact that the universe is a big hologram and we as humans are part of it and thus have all part of the whole universe in us making it possible to change what we desire into reality with our feelings. Not 100 % if this is true but it kind of makes sense if you think about quantum physics. So did you try to get one the level to synch your mind to the universe and if yes did something change? I found reddit posts about it but they just sounded like bs where the people just focused more on themselves kind of like meditation and got some mild sucess. I need more then that.
