Free will is incoherent. Choices come from motivation and motivation is innate. You can only do whatever seems like a good idea to your specific psychology in that moment, you can never do anything other than that, and your psychology is the product of nature and nurture. Human behavior is completely deterministic and it's impossible to describe what "free will" would even look like because there is no coherent way to conceptualize human decision making in vacuum independently of causality. I'm not saying free will doesn't exist, I'm saying it's a nonsense concept like dividing by zero and there isn't even a theoretical way for it to exist.
