does staying awake for 48 or + hours, and then going to bed propped-up\semi-sitted (recliner pillow, etc) really cause super-vivid lucid dreams?is the pain of sleep dep. worth the awesomeness of such an experience? can I "reality shift" this way?
>>42157427i havent heard of this. interested.
I stayed up 7 days once, and anywhere from 2 to 4 days at other timeswhen you finally crash nothing happens but dreamless delta sleep because you're fuckin wrecked
>>42157427I don't think you need to deprive yourself of sleep to that extent, though a bit may help.It happened to me once but I was not deprived of sleep in the manner you ask, I was just sleeping fewer hours per night, being busy during the day and TERRIBLY tired. Like if I sat still for a few minutes, my head would fall and I would feel my consciousness trying to zap me out. In that state, I took a nap and had an OBEI think the key may be tiredness in a way, because it weakness your tie to the body.
