In fact, even the US political system, if restrained with major economic reforms and purged of its military empire and lobbying system, would naturally build towards communism. This possibility was noted by Karl Marx himself, even. After all, the natural conclusion of any democratic/representative political system is democracy in the workplace. However, you can't force communism into existence, as was discovered by every socialist project ever attempted. Top-down revolutions never last long: for example, none of the Eastern European socialist experiments survived the dissolution of the Warsaw Pact. The best you can hope for is accommodating the existing material conditions and social forces — and creating channels for those forces to move in directions that actively encourage cooperation and community, and discourage antisocial and narcissistic tendencies. You either accept this and adapt, like the North Koreans, the Cubans (currently under siege), and the Chinese, or you reject those realities and suffer a cancerous death — like the USSR and Yugoslavia.

That's all you gotta do, any system that facilitates those three social qualities will inevitably build communism, or really any system that has basic civic management of any high quality. So if we wanna raise the vibration of this place we gotta learn to Live, Laugh, and Love. And we gotta be able to defend those things, too.
