I was reading Shri Gyaneshwari. In the 6th chapter there's an elaborated mention of Vajrasana for Kundalini, by reading I couldn't figure out the exact way I'm supposed to sit. Has anyone read this and did the idk process mentioned in the text? and if so kindly impart your knowledge

Sit comfortably when you meditate. More strenuous positions like lotus are for advanced practitioners. They do that so they don't fall asleep because when you get in deep meditation it's very pleasurable and lulls you to slumber.

The way you meditate is to make the tingles happen with your mind. You must concentrate for hours and you will begin to feel deep throbbing pulses and such. Watch and you will be able to do it at will. Then you will realize it is your consciousnl awareness that does it and it is like a muscle that gets stronger
